I had never been to the funnel house this was my first time ever going there it was a little bit of a drive but it was worth it my daughter and I got the churro Sunday and it was delicious

This place is small and cute. The portions are hefty so be ready to share. We got the sundae funnel cake and a regular one. The sundae one had ice cream fruit topping and whip cream. Super delicious. Couldn’t snap a picture before the rest of my group started to dig in. I ate the classic. Fluffy and crispy all the way through. Definitely coming again.

This was the worse place we went to in California. My husband wanted something sweet after eating dinner so we went here but it was terrible. The music was so inappropriate and loud the girl took a while to come out to greet us. When she came out we couldn’t hear her until she figured out she had to turn the music down. She was also dressed really inappropriate. I thought I was in a place for adults instead of a funnel cake store. We decided to stay and order because we didn’t know the area and were craving something sweet before our long drive back home. The funnel cake was made very sloppy. The girl told us we can get any toppings but after 2 she stopped and put whipped topping and handed it to us to charge us. I will never recommend this place or come back again. It was also very overpriced and not worth it!

I recently visited this place and, unfortunately, had a subpar experience. The worker seemed distracted and prioritized her group of friends, who were waiting for their food, over attending to customers.
The atmosphere was disrupted by the friends group, loud conversations, and constant interruptions, making it difficult to talk to workers.
While I appreciate the desire to accommodate friends, it should not compromise customer service. As a paying customer, I expect a welcoming and attentive experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so disappointed by the churros that I felt compelled to share my experience. I paid almost $14 for two churros that were so overcooked, they basically tasted like sand with sugar. They were inedible, and we ended up throwing them away and heading to Henkels instead.
Normally, I would have gone back to ask for a refund, but it was late—around 10 PM—and there were only two young girls working. I didn’t feel confident they would get it right the second time, and honestly, I wasn’t interested in getting my money back—I just wanted the delicious-looking churros I saw on the website.
Don’t make my mistake. If your churros are as bad as mine were, ask for your money back.
