This place has the worst customer service I ordered the meal with a shake as the drink the woman behind the register charged me for both a drink and the shake then I scanned the free kods meal in the app amd they still charged me for the meal then when I brought it to their attention they continued to tell they couldn't refund my money because I paid with a card. I know that any corporate place that takes card has the ability to refund my money no matter what so that was absolutely a lie. I wont come here again

Fine experience yesterday but the credit card reader asked for a tip.....a tip for fast food? No, thanks.

I had a fantastic experience at The Habit recently, and I have to rave about a couple of items. I decided to try something a little different and ordered the Ahi Tuna Sandwich, and it was absolutely perfect. The tuna was grilled beautifully, seared on the outside and wonderfully rare on the inside, just as it should be. It was served on a toasted sourdough bun with a fresh slaw and teriyaki glaze that gave it a great sweet and savory kick.

To go with my sandwich, I got an order of the Tempura Green Beans, which were also incredible. They were crispy and hot, with a light batter that wasn't greasy at all. They're a much more exciting side than standard fries, and the dipping sauce that came with them was a perfect complement.

The food was fresh, delicious, and a great value. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I'm definitely a fan and will be back for more!

Perhaps I was over expecting since news recently said it’s No.1 here in SoCal beating InNOut. I still think Five Guys is still the best, just over priced.

Habit has gone to kiosk ordering, no person at check out, not good.

In have never felt like doing a review on a restaurant till now. The past 5 times I have been and gotten food to go, it's been messed up every time. Iv ordered at the counter and also the kios. I'll always double check my order with the people at the counter but when I do they seem to get annoyed and irritated. I'm not coming to them close to closing time or when they are super busy, if they are ill just grab and go but if there isn't tons of people I'll check. If it was 1 or 2 times I would understand that honest mistakes happen but for this to happen every time now is annoying. Especially when I'm spending 80 to 100$ for my family.

2 times ago, I checked the food after getting it and the manager that was on duty was super annoyed with me coming to him and telling him I asked for no cheese on a burger.

I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and yes it could be annoying but when people bring up stuff that's wrong with their food, but it's pretty bad when the manager is getting short and visually annoyed with the customer. The fact it happens every time now is super frustrating. I hope something changes soon.

The burgers and variety of side selections are great!

Amazing tasting burgers at a fantastic price. Good deals thru the app. Best bang for your buck burger you will find, price and taste 👍 atmosphere was only 4 because it tends to get busy/crowded at times. Always fresh and hot.

They are moving really slow. The lady that works with the fries and onion rings is dropping them all at one time. So since they are bagging the food so slow, when i got my fries they were cold. The guy bagging the food keeps dropping fires on the floor. He doesn’t even wear gloves. They have no heater to keep the fries warm in. I can really tell they are lazy. The place isn’t busy at all. They need to do better.

Just a note to Managment , the quality of food lately is so disappointing. I been a customer for years but today was my last. Will never be back.

The food is always pretty good here, well-prepared and -presented, and the onion rings are consistently great. The staff is nice, happy, and polite. They keep the place really clean and tidy, except the floor in the restrooms and in front of the drink machines can often be incredibly slippery.

Solid food every time. Love trying the seasonal items. Meredith really went above and beyond with service. We had a long day and she helped it be easier.
