Very bad service

Better than in and out

Great cheese burger!
I still like IN-N-out better, but still very good.
Habit has gone to kiosk ordering, no person at check out, not good.

In have never felt like doing a review on a restaurant till now. The past 5 times I have been and gotten food to go, it's been messed up every time. Iv ordered at the counter and also the kios. I'll always double check my order with the people at the counter but when I do they seem to get annoyed and irritated. I'm not coming to them close to closing time or when they are super busy, if they are ill just grab and go but if there isn't tons of people I'll check. If it was 1 or 2 times I would understand that honest mistakes happen but for this to happen every time now is annoying. Especially when I'm spending 80 to 100$ for my family.

2 times ago, I checked the food after getting it and the manager that was on duty was super annoyed with me coming to him and telling him I asked for no cheese on a burger.

I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and yes it could be annoying but when people bring up stuff that's wrong with their food, but it's pretty bad when the manager is getting short and visually annoyed with the customer. The fact it happens every time now is super frustrating. I hope something changes soon.

Amazing tasting burgers at a fantastic price. Good deals thru the app. Best bang for your buck burger you will find, price and taste 👍 atmosphere was only 4 because it tends to get busy/crowded at times. Always fresh and hot.

They are moving really slow. The lady that works with the fries and onion rings is dropping them all at one time. So since they are bagging the food so slow, when i got my fries they were cold. The guy bagging the food keeps dropping fires on the floor. He doesn’t even wear gloves. They have no heater to keep the fries warm in. I can really tell they are lazy. The place isn’t busy at all. They need to do better.

Just a note to Managment , the quality of food lately is so disappointing. I been a customer for years but today was my last. Will never be back.

The food is always pretty good here, well-prepared and -presented, and the onion rings are consistently great. The staff is nice, happy, and polite. They keep the place really clean and tidy, except the floor in the restrooms and in front of the drink machines can often be incredibly slippery.

Solid food every time. Love trying the seasonal items. Meredith really went above and beyond with service. We had a long day and she helped it be easier.

Not the same as it was when it opened years ago. No greeting. Item images do not match up at all to the food you receive. The size of the burgers literally shrank from what I remember. The food tasted like your average fast food burger. I would have had a more quality burger honestly if I went to Burger King or Carls Jr. and it would’ve been a little cheaper too. $36 got us one meal and one burger. Oh ya, the tables are dirty and the floor is sticky so when you’re standing waiting for food and then take a step, you can hear the stickiness underneath your shoes. Who wants to eat in an atmosphere like that?? Do yourself a favor and wait in the long line across the street. At least it will be worth it.

The Habit is now charging .60 cent for sauces ranch,thousand island or whatever you ask for. I hope you get rich off this because me and my coworkers will no longer be eating here. Figure out how many sauces you have to sell make up for that.

The restaurant and food are good as normally but George the Supervisor or Shift Manager is rude and not polite or nice at all. Terrible personality for customer service. I visited 09/29/24 6:15pm. Management should really get someone else for cashier and/or customer service because his unfriendly face and terrible attitude is scaring customers away. He should be asked to smile at the customer and look at them while attending them.
