Super cool spot, the meat pies were delicious, bartender was new, she was beautiful, and she poured me a Smithwicks in the big ol glass… by mistake haha. To the owner!!! Thanks for being friendly to us out of towners!! Until next time!!! ?

Gabby, not sure of the spelling of her name, was an amazing bartender! She made me feel right at home with the other regulars and encouraged conversations between all of us. I let her know I was visiting out of town to celebrate my birthday which was Saint Patrick's Day, and she gave me a free Guinness, I've never had a bar do that especially since it was the day after my birthday. The entire atmosphere was that of a local hangout, which talking to a few of the other customers that exactly what it was, everyone was on a first-name basis, and seemed to know the owner on a personal level. Which I only heard great things about the owner and feel I missed out, if I come up again maybe I will get to meet him. This is as close as one can get to an Irish Pub in California, Gabby poured a perfect Guinness; which seems to be a rare thing these days, she made it extra special by making a shamrock on top! I can't say enough good things about this place, I wish it was closer to where I live. We got to see the space rocket launch as well, how cool is that?

Came to meet friends. Bartender acknowledged every table but ours, and I ultimately left before even getting a drink. Mind you we sat there and caught up with our friends for at least 20 minutes while they finished their beer that they'd gotten before we arrived

Cozy little spot. My friend loves an Irish bar, so we go here frequently. What can I say, the drinks are good, the bartenders are friendly. It's a good time. BOOM.

The Irishman is my favorite bar in Huntington Beach. It has more of a low-key, locals vibe in comparison to all the bars on Main Street. The bartenders always give awesome service and drinks. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Guinness or Irish coffee! Go for karaoke on the Saturday night. It's a great time!

Walking down the busy area of Huntington Beach we are glad we stumbled upon this Irish pub. It's nice that it's down the street from the shops because it was a nice quiet spot to stop for a drink. The music was great, service was great and the old fashions were great!

Best neighborhood bar in HB. Authentic Irish drinks with a friendly vibe right down the street from the beach.

I like The Irishman bar. I remember drinking here back in 2016 while visiting Huntington Beach. This past April was the first time back since then. It seems like I always meet some friendly people at this place. While the capacity of the building is quite small, the atmosphere is very electric. The place is decorated with cool lights and there is even outdoor seating. The service is good too. All of the waitresses that I met, Jessica, Sarah, and Andria, were very friendly and personable.Don't forget to grab some popcorn as well.Overall, this is a chill little Irish bar with good vibes and friendly people.
