Listen up, folks—this place is serving gelato like I’m serving quantum physics expertise: it ain’t real. What they scoop here is ice cream’s sad, watered-down cousin, with enough ice chunks to make you think you’re chomping on a glacier. I’ve had better frozen treats from a gas station slushie machine.
Gelato? Ha! I’ve tasted gelato from Rome to Reykjavik, and this stuff doesn’t even qualify as a distant relative. It’s like they churned it in a snowstorm and forgot the flavor. I’m half-tempted to call a lawyer and sue for false advertising—Larry H. Parker, where you at? This is a gelato crime scene.
The vibe? Sure, it’s cute inside. All the charm of an Instagram influencer’s living room. Too bad the “gelato” tastes like it was scraped from the back of my freezer after a three-year power outage. Ice crystals so big, I thought I was eating a polar bear’s dessert.
Save your money, save your taste buds, save your dignity. This isn’t gelato—it’s a frozen scam
This was our first time having gelato in general and I was impressed with the quality, taste and also the polite welcoming vibe. 100% will return again soon! Great service by Kyle.
Visiting from New York. I love your Durian Ice
cream. Good service
No prices posted. Place is hot indoors. Ice cream is half melted already when served. Language barrier when ordering. Specifically asked for an order of 3 items. They didn’t understand that. 1st and last time here for these prices
This place has gone down hill. I used to love going here but I leave disappointed every time I go now. They are always out of the waffle batter, they don’t use the cute decorations anymore and the staff is rude and make you feel like they don’t want to be there. Terrible experience and will never be going back.
We went here to try a new place after my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, a waste of time. Closed early with their sign stating 8pm on a Monday.
Leaving 5 star review because I don't know what kind of star to rate but...
They're closed on Sundays. They're supposed to be open at 2pm but it's 3pm and they're closed and 4 other people came by trying to open the door over the past few minutes. Seems like a super popular place today but I wonder why they'd be closed.
Great desert! Weird music! Nice young lady serving us.

I came here during the weekend, Saturday, 3/17It was not even crowded, and one employee was working there that day. We waited for a good 10+mins while he made a smoothie for another guest. We stood there, and he didn’t even acknowledge us. After he even bothers talking, we leave…. Bad customer service!

Quiet little Gelato shop. Gelato flavors are a bit limited but all very good. Same with the toppings they are a bit limited.I got the Cookie Monster. It was sweet, creamy, and well balanced.
Ordered two ice creams.Cookies and cream is more of a mocha and cream, and was melting when we got it.Mint and chip looks artificially green, taste is mediocre.Worst thing was the macaroon, it was completely stale.Don’t come here. Go to rite aide for thriftys

My son said the chocolate was delightful. However, my cousin and I were not fans of the waffle cone. It literally tasted like egg. Gelato was good! Great customer service! But don't order the waffles.
