I came here during the weekend, Saturday, 3/17It was not even crowded, and one employee was working there that day. We waited for a good 10+mins while he made a smoothie for another guest. We stood there, and he didn’t even acknowledge us. After he even bothers talking, we leave…. Bad customer service!

I'm confused. Is this an ice cream shop or a restaurant ? I see Ad with Chicken pho in TikTok, but Yelp mostly shows deserts ? Doesn't look like a serious restaurant !

This was a real nice dessert. Expensive for life cream, but that's life in HB. I had the Ube gelato and it was absolutely fantastic. My wife had a chocolate ice cream with the bubble waffle, and she seemed to like it enough. What surprised me was how delicious the raspberry sorbet was. My daughter's mini scoop was sweet with the right amount of tart cutting through. The kid working the counter was fun and lively. He seemed to have a great rapport with the customers, and it seemed very inviting. This is a place worth visiting again.

Loved the chocolate gelato and the coffee gelato! Not too sweet nor very rich! Place is very clean and neat.

Quiet little Gelato shop. Gelato flavors are a bit limited but all very good. Same with the toppings they are a bit limited.I got the Cookie Monster. It was sweet, creamy, and well balanced.

I have been multiple times when they closed 10-15 minutes earlier than what their door sign states. Super frustrating when worker wave you away from the inside when they should be open according to their posted hours.

*The food was ok, I bought the black chicken soup not that good. The soup tastes so sweet. It just like you eat desert.

Walking into The Moo Gelato felt like stepping into a culinary twilight zone. With high hopes and an empty stomach, I was ready for a treat--or so I thought. First up, their 'Signature Porridge.' It's a signature alright, but not in the way you'd want to remember. For a steep $15, you get a dish so minuscule it makes you wonder if the chef is rationing rice for the apocalypse. I've had more satisfying samples at a grocery store. Now let's talk about the pork. If you've ever wondered what it'd smell like if a boar had an exceptionally bad day, this dish answers your query in the most unsettling way. You don't just need a strong stomach for this--you need a strong nose. But wait, there's more. This place has a sister restaurant--Uncle Long Sandwiches & Eats. It's as if the universe decided that one hub of culinary mediocrity wasn't enough. Trust me, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree; they're both equally disappointing. To round it all off, the prices are as steep as a pirate's plank--and you'll feel just as eager to jump off. It's the gastronomic equivalent of a treasure chest filled with rocks. In summary, The Moo Gelato isn't just a dining experience; it's a lesson in disappointment. Save your taste buds, save your wallet, and save your evening--steer clear of this culinary shipwreck.

Slowest service and very expensive Gelato! Only have one worker when you go in. Seems like such a long process to get ice cream. One scoop for $6 is too expensive.

This is quiet literally the 10th time I have showed up to this stupid place and it has been CLOSED!! What is wrong with these people? Are they NEVER open? Their website always says a completely different time then what is actually their real hours. My last time giving this place a chance.

Ordered two ice creams.Cookies and cream is more of a mocha and cream, and was melting when we got it.Mint and chip looks artificially green, taste is mediocre.Worst thing was the macaroon, it was completely stale.Don’t come here. Go to rite aide for thriftys

My son said the chocolate was delightful. However, my cousin and I were not fans of the waffle cone. It literally tasted like egg. Gelato was good! Great customer service! But don't order the waffles.

1. The gelato is small but refreshing! The coffee taste in the Ube Iced Latte is strong!2. The spot has fun casual vibes with an open area!3. The staff was friendly, but the drink did took a while to prepare!Note: There is a 3.5% Additional Charge per order!Photo: Mermaidberry Cheesecake Gelato and Ube Iced Latte

This place was so cute! I tried the ube and coconut gelato and they were creamy and really flavorfu. They have a decent assortment of toppings and I really enjoyed the durian coconut rolls on mine. They also had some really cute and kitschy Madeline’s. I went right before closing so mine was a little dry, but again it was right before closing. Can’t wait to try the bubble waffle next time.
