Really yummy food! I've lived close by to this restaurant for a few years and finally got around to trying it with my family, and we all loved it! We went for a late dinner so they were going to be closing soon, but the staff was very friendly and patient while we took a minute to decide what to order. The food was cooked to order and super fresh, plus you get good portions for the price. If you're looking for some no frills, good quality Mexican food, this is the place!

The food use to be better couple years ago but now recently looks like they got new people working here and there not running this place well the food quality went down and the service is slowly declining

All i can say.....best Mexican Food in Huntington beach .The Tacos are really Mexican Style. The place is immaculate and everything is Fresh. Go there for Taco Tuesday only2.29 per taco.

I finally got over to Trejos. This is the best Mexican food i have had in a long while. The Tacos are huge and nothing is greasy > The rice iv like my Mom made.The Carnitas are superb. I love this food best Mexican food in Huntington Beach.

Originally thought this was Danny Trejos spot and navigated over to it. Found out it wasn't but decided to try anyway and I must say super delicious food! Had the fish taco and California burrito both were awesome!
Great food at reasonable prices with hearty portions! We loved the unique twist of the Birria Ramen and were very happy with both of our choices. They were packed, so slower times getting the food were expected - the service was nice and made sure we got everything we need as we picked up our order.

Very impressed. I love carnitas and this place is pretty legit when it comes to them. Ordered a few tacos, side of rice and beans, and an agua de pepino y limon left this place very satisfied. Will definitely come by again.

I'm a regular and today I was so disappointed with this lady who helped us today I invited my transgender friend and she was so rude and disrespectful towards her she didn't wanna refill her coffee I've been there so many times and they've never make an excuse to give me more coffee it felt like she didn't wanted to help us because of my friend I remember her cuz I also go to the casa de Los machetes and she used to work there too,, very disappointed!! hopefully next time I go she's not there!! That's how uncomfortable we were,,,,

I've only been once and had the absolute driest, tasteless soft asada tacos I've ever had. We ordered 9 of them to go for myself and roommates. Every one of us threw them away.
