I usually like this place and would give it 4 stars but other night I got really bad food poisoning. I noticed when there the Woman who was preparing food was using her phone then rang my order up and went back to preparing food without washing hands. Coincidence? Maybe but I did get food poisoning.

Im a regular here, and everytime I come now its always the same brown girl with curly hair. (Do forgive me, as her name is hard to pronounce and I’ve forgotten it.) I always tend to talk a lot at the register. She never seems annoyed as opposed to others, and always talks back to me with a smile. Also, she memorizes my order and knows me by name. Nonetheless, the food is delicious and the lobby is always clean( which I unfortunately cant say about other WaBa’s). Nice to know there are kind, enthusiastic people working in fast food. This WaBa is by far the best, and has been for a few years i’d say

We have enjoyed dining at this Waba grill every time we visit. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff accommodates us, as we are disabled. Jose, the manager, has helped us on many occasions and is always kind and very well mannered. Jose helped us figure out how to use the Waba Grill application as well. The restaurant is always kept clean and maintained. We always order extra food so we can enjoy it the following day. Please give Jose a promotion and an increase in salary so that he remains at this location.

I went here at 5 pm on October 1, 2023. I ordered a chicken bowl with BROWN RICE. My order was to go. The black girl that took the order, who was the only one on shift taking orders, specifically asked me what kind of rice I wanted and I said BROWN RICE!!!! I get home and my damn bowl has WHITE RICE!!!!! I called this location(bolsa Ave in Huntington Beach) to ask why I was given white rice when I ordered brown. The black girl had the nerve and audacity to tel me “ I should have checked my order to make sure it was right before I left” SMFH!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Not only that she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL when I was trying to say I can’t eat white rice!!! I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I was barely able to get the manager Jesus number to let him know how his store location is being represented! I have NEVER in my life had anyone treat me that way as a PAYING CUSTOMER !!!!! Contacted the manager and he said she had only worked there for 2 weeks smh!!!! I really hope they reprimand this idiot behind the counter who has NO damn clue how to handle customer service in a professional manner!!!!!! I would NEVER Rex going to this location with this DISRESPECTFUL girl working there!!!! That black girl clearly needs to be retrained and hopefully she will learn how to be professional when representing such a huge business!!!! BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Its 9:30 PM store hours clearly show its open till 10:00PM and I came in and the doors were closed . But I saw there employee cleaning up which I understand his trying clean up and tells me there closed very rudely with sign language. Keep in mind it’s still not 10:00pm yet then another client tries to walk in as well and the tells the employee cleaning up it’s not 10:00 yet tells him you guys close at 10:00 pm . And responded to him his closing early what kind of employee are you guys hiring with attitudes . Yet alone trying make up his own closing hours like if his the boss .

The staff last night was very helpful with my order. I was very disappointed with the Yelp ordering. Here's a tip: get the WaBa app and order through there. Yelp is a rip off and waaaay overcharged me and didn't give me proper options for my food. The staff was kind enough to help me fix it.
