This place is really great. The food, service and atmosphere are great! The staff was very accommodating to our group’s dietary needs and we are so appreciative for them! Thank you!

Great service, wonderful staff and location. Everything looks really beautiful but the food itself was bland. I thought it was me so I tried again the next day, bland. Presentation was magnificent, just wish everything had a bit more flavor.

Outstanding food, my daughter and I wach we had traditional eggs benedict with the breakfast potatoes, and my husband had the belgian waffle with sausage on the side, oj, hot coffee and an iced latte. Everything was outstanding, including the service by Anthony P!

The food is absolutely delicious here & the staff provides outstanding customer service. If you have any food allergies, let your server know, and the chefs can customize your meal according to your allergy restrictions.
Our favorite time to go is when they have the Brunch because they have a large selection of food and dinner to celebrate a special occasion with fine dining.

Totally recommend eating on the patio if the weather permits. Breakfast was delicious. The mimosas come in tons of flavors. Very good and not overpowering in the flavor.

Watertable is cozy, intimate, and basically everything you want in a great restaurant. But throw in their must-try Creamer Potato Cakes and it’s game over. Honestly, every time I eat them, I’m shocked all over again… How are they that good?!?

Absolutely loved my visit here. Brittany made my time here amazing. She made me a very delicious Old Fashioned, which are my favorites, so that goes a long way. I hope she is working everytime I go there, because I will definitely be back.

We love Watertable! The food is always amazing and the servers are always classy and professional. We regularly dine here as we stay at Hyatt multiple times a year for staycations because who doesn’t love such a beautiful resort! However, we were really disappointed with Analyssa Magana (private dining coordinator) once directed to her to accommodate a large party to celebrate our engagement. She tooks days to respond, if at all. I understand she doesnt work on weekends- so that was expected. She sent us a generic response with prices and was not personable at all. I asked if there were different options as the price was high ($3,500++ min spending for 28) and she just never got back. So we ended up renting the presidential sweet for the same price and ordered pizza for our guests. Disappointing as we maybe wouldn've considered this had she cared at all to help us out.

Had breakfast today, Easter Sunday 2025. The Lox & Bagel was delightful. Every ingredient was fresh and high quality, the arugula, the pickle, the onions, and most importantly, the smoked salmon. The bagel and cream cheese hung out in the background and didn't overpower the other tastes. The side of guac was just right and completed the meal. The plating was top notch ... great job, chef(s)!

The food is so flavorful and delicious! Loved the garden benedict - ordered it most of the time when we stayed at the Hyatt hotel. The zesty lemon blueberry pancakes were so yum and fluffy! Tried the french toast and smith fresh whole omelette and both were amazing. The service was great!

Nice atmosphere and setting. Good food , well-prepared with sound culinary techniques. I think they should invest in some warming devices since half of my food was cool / cold.

Amazing place, amazing service. Went here for Valentine's Day and the mood was right and the food was right. Loved this place
