I reserve the 5 star rating for Portillo's in Buena Park. The cashier forgot our drink and left the window so that earned the 3 star service rating. Overall, we'd go back because it's closer to us.

Bread for chili dogs was weirdly firm and chili fries SALTY as all hell. Fast food is just a bit too expensive to be inedible. Not looking for perfection but dang man

I've been here many times and I always thought they had the best fries ever. So tonight I went there and ordered two orders of fries and both of them were freaking raw. So disappointed. I even tip them a couple extra dollars and now I wish I had it back. 😞
It would be a cardinal Sin 2 give this place any less than 5 stars there's getting less and less of these enjoy it while they last the good old American Is hot dog
Very good dogs!
The staffs there were rude. They keep in staring at you then they started speaking in Spanish with their FAKE SMILE, smiling at you. I couldn't have my lil ' puppy with me. There was no customer there. The place was small.

The server at drive was so RUDE !! We will not be back …we purchased $56 of food and she would not give us another straw !! How horrible so rude

Parking: The food is a lot less than usual. Price is higher, but not the same standard. Asked for chilli and onions. Got a teaspoon of chilli and no onions. Very disappointed. I use to love eating here

June 8 @ 4:56, gave the girl a $20 for bill of 13.46 order, she gave be back $6.54 + the my $20 ($26.54). I tried to give her back the $20 but she did not understand and I think she kept it as a tip. The food is always great!!
