Wienerschnitzel

Not eaten at this chain in over 13 years, food is just basic, bland and over priced for what you pay for now. I was here on a Saturday around 1 pm, store had one person eating inside and parking lot was empty. Sad to see another brand cutting corners on their food quality, but keeping prices high. I will say the store was very clean, Service was fast and staff were friendly and inviting. This will be my last visit to this chain brand. Food is equivalent to low grade dive bar menus.

It's 2:00 p.m. on a friday. I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes and I just placed my order. There are literally six cars behind me. It is not fair to your customers or your employees to be running your business like this. The people that work here are doing the best that they can and are probably getting yelled at by every customer.

Be aware Uber delivered items are at times never paid to the driver , the technology is robotic and a call to support isnt any help, so abuse with an honor system is high and and support is a training experience

One of the best Wienerschnitzel locations ever

The hotdogs were hard and crunchy. One of the French fries was green. I don't know if it was the skin or not, but it was green.

Be careful with those hotdogs here and in general, it has some weird hard pieces, God knows what it is, can be literally anything, besides hygiene and attention to detail sucks here

Brenda is very friendly and professional. She makes it fun to eat here. The food is always great and the restaurant is always very clean.

the service was terrible. by far the worst Weinerschitzel ive ever been to. I pulled into the drive thru and no one was in line or inside at the time. I was told to wait due to technical issues so I did and someone pulled in behind me and some of them got out and walked inside. I still got no response from the man working the coms/register. so I went to walk in to try to investigate and the man had started taking the other people's order. at this point I was a little pissed off after being ignored when there's no one there. but I was going to ignore that until he finished their order and ignored me and went to the drive thru. I had waited for 20 minutes and not once did he apologize for the wait or inconvenience.

Normally I don't eat here cause who wants 20 spend 40 bucks for hot dogs . But they have a 2 chili dogs and chili cheese fries for 6 bucks and it worth it

I reserve the 5 star rating for Portillo's in Buena Park. The cashier forgot our drink and left the window so that earned the 3 star service rating. Overall, we'd go back because it's closer to us.

Bread for chili dogs was weirdly firm and chili fries SALTY as all hell. Fast food is just a bit too expensive to be inedible. Not looking for perfection but dang man

Best place in town for chilly dogs and fries nice and clean and very tasty 😋

I've been here many times and I always thought they had the best fries ever. So tonight I went there and ordered two orders of fries and both of them were freaking raw. So disappointed. I even tip them a couple extra dollars and now I wish I had it back. 😞
