Since there was a disclosure disclaimer about the information in the email about it maybe being illegal 🙄, just updating that not the store, but the corporate website's response said that even they couldn't help me, since it was through Uber Eats, even though I'm assuming the store got paid. So I wasn't going to post this review, because it's Uber Eats who didn't make the situation right, but I am trying to let the restaurant make the situation 'right' and I'll delete the review. First consistent experience, since the one time I was there in person they tried to not let me use the bathroom for I don't know why after I placed an order, but after I already finished my food let a white guy with his son use the restroom when they said it wasn't working, but I just went in to the men's after the white guy anyways. Anyways, to summarize the screenshots entire order wrong, fine that I had to scrape off cheese I was allergic to, that food was cold by the time I was done initially contacting Uber Eats, but Uber Eats has always been good, but this representative doesn't want to give me a refund for missing what the original items should have come with and missing what I paid extra for too. 100% theft, disabling card when my app works, cancelling on Monday when credit union opens, refuting charge, and saving me a lot of money never going to this Wienerschnitzel or going through Uber Eats again.

My favorite drive-thru shop for a rootbeer float and a hotdog, or two. I love the service, and the food is fresh & tastey for the great price. The Chicago dogs feature fresh tomato wedges, along with chopped onions, mustard and dill pickle spears. The All American Dogs have ketchup, chopped onions, sweet pickle relish and American mustard on a soft steamed bun. The menu also features corn dogs, chili dogs & chili fries, as well as beef dog or bratwurst options. The soft-serve ice cream cups beat a blizzard or a flurry every time, but the medium or large rootbeer float can't be bettered at any shake shop around. Please be sure to let them know that Steve & Lisa recommended you to their location. Talbert Ave and Beach Blvd is the Weinerschnitzel we highly prefer for our dog & float fix. 😉

I do not even want to give this Wienerschnitzel one star but I have to hit one star in order to write a review I pulled my car over even though I'm late to get to my next job because I have to write this people have to know this is disgusting I pulled up to the window and saw the guy with no glove on just throwing my bread around I watched him put the stuff in the microwave also when I said he's got no gloves on can you please hand me my credit card back the lady handed me money and said I already charged you and then she started yelling at him in Spanish this is the second time I've had a situation here at this Wienerschnitzel this Wienerschnitzel is nasty and disgusting

Came to this location at 3:40pm Thursday 10.31.2024 The lady working the drive through was extremely rude. I asked her for extra ketchup and mustard. And the lady said you get 1 per item that’s it. I asked if she she can’t provide more and than she said take it or leave it.
I love hot dogs but I will have to find another place to get them the people that work at this location are extremely rude.
Train your staff better and don’t be so cheap with the condiments it can’t be costing you more than a couple of cents per packet.
Disrespectful staff. Hello we went up to the window at the drive thru to pay and we were having issues before with a lady understanding my mom and her order. We’re about to pull up and I hear the lady say something very disrespectful in Spanish and it translated to “she sounds like a turkey” after that they all began to laugh. I called them out on it and they said “oh we were talking about another guy” mind you we were the only customers there. Please do better.

This is the worst Wienerschnitzel ever!! Every time I come the ladies get my order wrong, are very nasty & rude. If my grandson needs to use the restroom they say “Walk to ‘In N’ Out?!” Really? Wow!! No wonder it’s always empty!
