Ordered lunch for my business today and received an incomplete order. Order was placed directly on wingstops website. Doordash dropped it off and doesn't answer. I called the store and spoke with a male manager and he said I can either come in for store credit or pick up the food myself. Refused to refund service, tip, or delivery fees. When i told him that I just want the rest of the order delivered, he declined.

First off, the lady at the register was rude. Second, she asked if I wanted a boneless or regular drink? What does this entale? Food was good, lots of tables. Chicken tasted like chicken which was good if you're looking for some chicken.

Wings are usually good, but honestly, they are hit and miss with everything. Sometimes the food is great and they get it all right and other times not so much. They are consistently confused about the difference between blue cheese and ranch.

The manager lady is rude as hell sometimes but other than that I ain't gonna let one bad apple ruin the bunch. Everyone else is awesome and always friendly. The foods always fresh, crispy and delicious. So if the manager reads this at least know you're doing something right because your crew is doing a great job.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's not wheelchair ramp that close to the door and it's a big curb. I don't think there's handicap parking that close by either.
