Ordered 2 meals online for delivery. Waited 45 minutes. Once food was delivered One of the meals was missing. Called the store to see what happened and spoke with Breanna who very nonchalantly Said well we have 2 options you can have a store credit or a refund. I asked for a refund and she can’t tell me the refund amount. She’s estimated an amount as she said her manager Pedro process them.
I paid a delivery fee on top of a tip and am not eating the food I paid for.
Will NEVER order from this location again.
It should not be hard to make sure what is ordered is in the bag, plain and simple.

Ordered lunch for my business today and received an incomplete order. Order was placed directly on wingstops website. Doordash dropped it off and doesn't answer. I called the store and spoke with a male manager and he said I can either come in for store credit or pick up the food myself. Refused to refund service, tip, or delivery fees. When i told him that I just want the rest of the order delivered, he declined.

Wings are usually good, but honestly, they are hit and miss with everything. Sometimes the food is great and they get it all right and other times not so much. They are consistently confused about the difference between blue cheese and ranch.
