I used the mobile app to order ahead and my order was packaged and ready to go at the time of delivery. My wings were hot and delicious. I got plenty of ranch and mustard and my fries were piping hot and nicely done.

Wings always hit the spot here without a doubt. Don;t understand all these negative review of ppl being picky and what not. Place is ridiculously good. It's always crowded not going to lie Workers are always hard at work making the wings delicious.

Pretty good wings. Nice and crispy. Not as many modifiers as I would like and the buffalo sauce was just not that great. But the ranch was super creamy and delicious. Staff seemed nice. Location is clean and has parking.

I do not know what is happening with their employees but this is the second time that they have forgotten my large side of veggies and by the time I get home it is simply not worth the drive back. I just want my side of carrots and celery. Is that so much to ask for? To get what I paid for? From, Concerned Celery Snacker I hope this message finds you well and there is no one else who does not receive their carrots and celery sticks

I think I could make better French fries out of play dough. Soggy and nasty. Cheese on fries tastes like it came out of a can. Another chain restaurant that has no quality.

I've come here a few times and have yet to have a bad experience! The online orders are always ready sooner than estimated and the Cajun rub is fantastic!
Not a good experience for the second time. Mediocre wings served with soggy fries with good seasoning. Wings don't have enough sauce. Found a hair inside my wing as well. It seems the business manager replies to these bad reviews but still continues to serve bad food. With how expensive food is now, don't waste your money here.

What Happened? This use to have fresh wings We asked for 2 combos. They took our money an said 19 minutes. It was ready in about 8 minutes We took it home (1block away)Opened the boxes an we noticed the sauces look dry, an missing sauce. They were not shiny as in the past or fresh. Short staffed? (Not tossing any more?)Bad kitchen?( not hot) Some pieces hard. (Frozen ?)What happened? Will not go again

This specific location does not season their chicken or fries. This is my second time ordering through DoorDash, asking for extra seasoning & not getting it. Everything is bland, the fries are soggy and tasteless. They make me dislike WingStop everytime I go to this location. Waste of money.

Wings are usually good, but honestly, they are hit and miss with everything. Sometimes the food is great and they get it all right and other times not so much. They are consistently confused about the difference between blue cheese and ranch.
