The food is always delicious and we love the margaritas here. Can't wait to go back and have chicken fried steak and margaritas again.

I ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings and my wife ordered breakfast. The cheeseburger came with a bun so hard I had to return it. They came back with a fresh bun but by then the burger and the onion rings were pretty much cold. My wife's breakfast was barely warm but she said it was tasty. Probably won't be coming back here honestly. No shortage of good restaurants in Huntington Beach.

We enjoy going here for breakfast or dinner. Good variety of selections from their menu. Prices are appropriate for the portions. The wait staff are always friendly and fast. Usually a sizeable amount of people in the bar area having a good time.The root beer floats are huge! The beef dip sandwiches are one of the best I've eaten locally and I'm always searching for the best.

maybe we came at a bad time, service was pathetic slow 5 o'clock on a Wednesday empty restaurant. took 20 minutes to be seated another 15 for the server Mishel to arrive 20 more minutes for a glass of wine. the chicken pot pie was very salty, salad was ok. server was pathetic will not go back if she is our server.

My experience was good overall, the only thing this place lacks is Food Quality and appearance, let's just say for Diner prices you need to produce delicious, comforting,and above all quality tasting food, but your restaurant produces somewhat lack luster mediocre below average Diner food. Most of your customers are too nice to tell you the real truth behind your food. Bottom line is if your Food was as spectacular as your customer service employees this place would be GREAT . PLEASE, fix the food.....

Very friendly waitress. Nicely decorated like and old school diner. The food is fine. I had a chicken sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was ok and the onion rings were tasty. Seems like everyone there were familiar faces and had a positive vibe overall. Great location near the beach. If you want to go to a truly American style diner, this is the spot.

The food was underwhelming. The servers were all friendly and warm. However there was another person, likely a supervisor or manager, that rubbed us the wrong way. First, she brought us cold coffee and offered to warm it up in the microwave. Then she handed us boxes in the middle of our meal. It seemed a bit rushed and could have been better timed. The place is loud and I guess you can expect some kids running around from time to time.
The food is so good. The staff are so nice. It's fun and fast. I love the menu. The dinner is so cute and affordable.

it's a diner what can you really ask for I just wish when you ask for eggs over medium you get them not runny. I don't want to wait if I send them back. service was good just a little slow at first.

In addition to the declining food, I ordered the 2 egg breakfast, how on earth does that come out bland? Husband ordered a veggie omelette he said was not only undercooked it made him ill. Our bartender/ manager had no personality other than rude, and we didn't even complain until we left, she definitely pick and chooses her choice of customer where she is friendly towards. How does that make sense, we don't frequent thos place often at all, although we live locally, we usually go to Zubies or G's boathouse where were always treated with friendly staff, I did speak with manager/bartender after we paid and left a 20% tip reluctantly and she was irritated by the phone call and asked me to make it quick, as locals and business owners this location is a disgrace, an embarrassment to The HB community. Its a shame ot exists on our HB grounds.. we'll stick to our usual spots on the weekend when not traveling. Terrible place and awful manager/ bartender who represents this place and location.
