We were a bit late for breakfast, so it was slow ( good thing for us, 4 adults and 3 children 5 and under) so they were able to accommodate us easily. Great staff, good food and a great beach vibe. We'll be back.
A small surf themed diner on Highway 1 in Huntington Beach/Sunset Beach, very close to the water. I live in West Los Angeles, so this area is a lot calmer and less crowded than what I am used to so it’s nice to be able to find easy parking and no lines. It’s right next-door to Harbor House Café, which is also a surf themed diner and between the two I would say that Harbor House is my favorite although Woody’s is another good option, especially if Harbor House is full....
We were visiting the area from AZ for a few days, and after our first breakfast at Woody’s, my family decided they wanted it every morning. All 5 of us loved each meal - pancakes, French toast, Florentino Benedict (SO GOOD!), and even the oatmeal kept us coming back. The service was always friendly and prompt.
