Being from Seattle where teriyaki is on every corner we’ve been struggling to find good teriyaki in this area.
Decided on Yamas and it was pretty good. I got the beef and chicken plate and the chicken was good, had a nice char. The beef was ok, good amounts but the flavor was a little off. The salad was a lump of iceberg lettuce with a dark dressing and tasted ok.
If I went back I would probably recommend the chicken bowl which looked really good and comes...
