VERY UNPLEASANT experience with owner! Hopefully this never happens to you. As you can see from the pictures, I was unable to back out of my parking spot (after several attempts) due to ZACKS HB’s van. Fine, no biggie. I did have to call ZACKS to ask them to inform the driver because I was on my way to pick up my kids from school. The man on the phone was very polite and helpful.
