Somebody needs to report this people to corporate. The business is supposed to close at 08:30pm not at 8pm. Just because you want to go home early doesn’t mean the store hours need to change due to your own beliefs.

Great experience today, had a yoing man named Eddie take my order he was polite respectful and had great customer service He made my order to perfection! He also told me about all the items and his favorite which I tried and it was amazing! Give Eddie a raise! He is hands down the best employee I've come across in a long time THANK YOU EDDIE!

I went there in the evening and a young gentleman named Jonathan was kind and their professional customer service was very much appreciated. I enjoyed that the juice bar has wonderful music and you can tell that the attention to detail is there. The place is super clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I will be visiting there again. Amazing and fast service by a young man named Francisco, very nice and helpful and was very professional. Came in around 6-7 and ordered an açaí primo with extra granola Nutella drizzle, and coco whip and it tasted amazing. Will be coming back soon!

As our group approached Jamba juice we noticed it empty. We walk in and a young named Heidy and a young man were behind the counter. As we came there were having a conversation amongst themselves. AND DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE US. And I went and approached the counter and Heidy looked around the corner seen us and yet again didn't say a word. Simple hey I'll be right with you would have been good enough. Get better help

A cashier name Heidy. I believe that's her name she does not wear a badge but she wears glasses and I got the name from the receipt. The moment me and my bf walked in we asked for vanilla blue bowls, she said they're out of the vanilla blue sky. So me and bf did not believed her because she had a bad attitude that she did not want to work and just wants to be on her phone so seemed like for her to avoid getting certain orders it’s easy for her to say we are out of a certain thing you ask for. We decided to place an online order to see if it was true and no she lied to us and it was available we had place only one bowl and we confronted her about it saying I thought you said it was not available and she did not say anything, didn’t even bother to apologize or at least to be honest about not wanting to do it to avoid taking orders. We asked her if we can order another bowl but with no strawberries and add bananas. She got the order wrong and put no coconut flakes instead. Whenever she takes the order she acts like she's listening to everything you're saying but she's not she's doing her own order. I rather drive a little further to another Jamba Juice just to avoid her because it is the second time I have a similar interaction with her and she just does not care because she always uses her phone while working
