If i can leave zero starts i would. I bought a berries cake yesterday that cost me 37 dollars and it was a very dry hard cake. Seems to have been in the freezer for days. None of my guest that i had given it too ate it. Horrible how they can sell you an old cake. very dissapointed, do check your cake if you buy one from here.

Very disappointed, I ordered online and food was not ready at time provided. Got to the location place was empty and she started my order once I told her I was there to pick up. Let's see how it taste. Hopefully it was worth my cash and extra time waited.Food was horrible. Don't get food here. Only good thing was my coffe.

You don’t even deserve 1 star to be honest, On Jan 4,2024 I have an event so I decided to ordered from the Monarca in Pacific Blvd and Gage Ave, in Huntington Park CA, I placed the ordered the day before it was a coffee for 50 people which they gave me 4 of the big cartons , I paid $112.00, When I arrived around 3:15pm the team at that location told me they will prepared the coffee for me, and I got confused because they supposed to have my order ready at 3:20pm to pick it up, I had to be at my event at 4:00pm at Downey, and that’s why I called the day before and they told me it should be ready at 3:20pm on Jan 04, I had to wait almost 50 minutes there because one lady told me they didn’t have the ticket to prepare my order with time, I got really mad And I was about to cancel everything but my husband told me to just wait couple of min because it was already late!, this is ridiculous I though The Mocarca will be very professional, They wasted my time and I was late at my event for that day! I don’t appreciate this kind of unprofessionalism, and I need to report this, I received a recommendation from family and friends that’s why I called not only the day before but the morning of the event! And the team at that location didn’t care! I will never order again or buy from this place or other locations and with this experience I will not recommend this restaurant ever again! Ridiculous ! People take your business somewhere else! Smh ??
