A bit unorganized, clearly understaffed. The staff there is nice and friendly but seem overwhelmed, I probably went at the wrong time. Prices are a bit much for what you get, please don't sell me matcha at a Starbucks rate if it isn't that great. The pastries are delicious, but prices not fit for the quantity/size you get. But what are you going to do if you love Conchitas. Lol
The Mexican bread was ok just a little too doughty for my liking but it wasn't bad. I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll it was uniquely different in a good way, flaky dough was surprisingly delicious unlike any other cinnamon roll I've ever had. The place is extremely clean it's almost like a high scale Panedaria.

Very disappointed, I ordered online and food was not ready at time provided. Got to the location place was empty and she started my order once I told her I was there to pick up. Let's see how it taste. Hopefully it was worth my cash and extra time waited.Food was horrible. Don't get food here. Only good thing was my coffe.
