“I always buy the horchata Frappuccino which is family's favorite. Everything else is super good but this drink is the only one for me.. there is always a long wait time so be prepared to wait for awhile. Unless you submit your order online then just pick up your order when is ready, that's what we always do. Total recommend tierra mia.Parking: Parking there is difficult to find. Always be prepared to be looking for a parking spot.“
“I had the most amazing experience today. I made a mistake in the drive-thru and missed the spot where you usually place your order. But when I got to the window, I asked the young lady if I could still place my order. She kindly asked them and they said I could. I told her I was going to go out of the line and come inside to get my order, so I wouldn't hold up the line for others. Since it's raining, I waited in my car to give them enough time to prepare my order. To our surprise, they brought it to our car. Thank you so much, I really appreciated it.“
“A bit unorganized, clearly understaffed. The staff there is nice and friendly but seem overwhelmed, I probably went at the wrong time. Prices are a bit much for what you get, please don't sell me matcha at a Starbucks rate if it isn't that great. The pastries are delicious, but prices not fit for the quantity/size you get. But what are you going to do if you love Conchitas. Lol“
“Sweets on wheels it's the best place to come get some delicious late night sweets the crepes are to die for and the lechera on the crepe it's like opening the gate to heaven and coming from 1000 miles away from home it's worth trying“
“I noticed some people had unpleasant customer service experience, but for me service always has been superb! Employees are super kind and caring. Breakfast sandwiches are mostly great especially croissant sandwiches. Foods are prepared warm and fresh. Fresh orange juice is my favorite beverage.“
“The employees here are really accommodating the morning shift i been a regular here it's a fast food place but if you expect a high end restaurant and expect to be the only one being served first then maybe go else where so many employees are mis treated they are just trying to do there job so be kind always !“
“I went this past Weekend on Saturday. Feb 17, 2024 the young ladies working the cashier and brewing the coffees/teas were super nice. The young lady who rang me up was super sweet. I had the strawberry acia with lemonade and the Pink drink venti. Would definitely recommend and most likely re ordering the same drinks. “Now it became a shop of BOBA GRANDE under the new management. They are so kind and friendly. The shop is very clean and all equipment looked new. Taro boba which was my all time favorite, was so good and rich flavor in it. And I tried two Taiyaki, I've seen a lot on K-dramas :) it became my recommended bread of this store. I tried sausage, and pizza Taiyaki. You can actually see the whole process of cooking it. I Love this shop :)Parking: The shopping mall has enough parking space.Kid-friendliness: They provide kid friendly items, hat, bag, etc., that can be exchanged as numbers of my spending in the past (I am not 100% sure but this was what I herad).“
