I drive the extra 5 minutes to this location because they always get my drink right. But tonight they went above and beyond. Cari (Not sure how to spell her name) made my night. I went through the drive thru and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. There were no cars behind me, she made the effort to connect with me while her collegues worked on my drinks. The experience definitely made a positive impact.

I ordered a blueberry scone and 2 grande coffee it was more than $10 dls and this location exactly take so so so long to serve a regular coffee and I left the coffee and the blueberry scone and I lefth so mad ? y takes more tha a 15 minutes to serve a regular coffee it's not nicer thank you good luck everyone in this location......

Their service is great however, their drive thru situation needs to be fixed. On a daily basis there are cars that create two different lines and cars blatantly cut. Just today that happened to me where a car cut me even though I was next in line and they attended her before me knowing that she just cut me. There's a person that actually kicks them out and makes them get in line which is what is needed. People lack respect of whose turn is it and until it's fixed it's going to...read full review
