I don’t know why I keep bothering coming to this location it’s the worst. Customer service is terrible. They never have stoppers and they never have sleeves. How are you serving hot drinks with no sleeves? Where is the manager in this place.

If you plan on stopping by or even placing your order head to get some coffee before work don't they're super slow always way over the time the app says it'll be ready by super annoying when your on a time crunch at 5 am.

I drive the extra 5 minutes to this location because they always get my drink right. But tonight they went above and beyond. Cari (Not sure how to spell her name) made my night. I went through the drive thru and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. There were no cars behind me, she made the effort to connect with me while her collegues worked on my drinks. The experience definitely made a positive impact.

They treated me so horribly today I walked out crying I don't know who has been working this new schedule but they are horrible people ... they also lied to me about how to get a refund how can you be this mean I literally had a 10 dollar bill in my hand to tip and she was talking to her coworker talking crap about me and made me wait an extra 20 mins I was late to work

Came here for veterans day to get my free drink and they said they dont know what im talking about but on the app it says i can get my free drink at this location and they said no one told them anything and kept asking for the coupon for some reason

SLOW AF!!!! That's allI got to say. They are just super slow in the drive thru. But this is the closest one on the route to my job. I might need to reroute so I'm not late for work in the drive thru for 15 minutes. And a lot Of that time is just waiting to place my order. Just at the screen waiting. Had time do a whole Yelp review while waiting just at the screen to order. Taking pics and everything. And the sad part is I'm done with my review but STILL haven't ordered yet. Management needs to look into this !!!!!! I entered the drive thru at 6:33 am on a Thursday and I'm finally made it to the place your order it's 6:45 And I'm still here. And typing cuz i still Haven't ordered yet and it's 6:53 Are they short staffed WtH is going on still haven't ordered. Finally ordered at 6:54 I'm definitely no question about it NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Starbucks is fine I guess but they prioritize drive thru not the ppl waiting in the lobby. I waited 30 mins for my oat meal. I use to work at Starbucks I get it but 30 mins is not ok and when you try to ask the workers for help they act like they're so busy they can't hear you.
