I spent a week in Idyllwild, and this was the only place I had to visit twice! The apple fritters are simply out of this world, with a perfectly crispy exterior and a light, fluffy interior, packed with generous chunks of fresh, tart apples. It’s a heavenly combination. Plus, Amelia and her husband are the warmest, friendliest people you could meet. The best Bakery in Idyllwild. My wife and I always enjoy walking into this place and seeing Amelia’s awesome smile. It’s smells so amazing when you walk in and smell the fresh homemade donuts and pastries. There pies are too die for too.
The apple fritters hot out of the oven early in the morning are amazing. They have big apple chunks and a delicious icing with a delicate lemon flavor. The blueberry scones are brimming with blueberries. They are soft with a little crunch.....incredibly tasty. The carrot cake muffins are filled with goodies and smothered in cream cheese frosting. The keto blueberry donuts are so moist. I can't puck a favorite.
