Terrible staff guy and a girl had such a bad attitude they had terrible terrible staff will never be going here again wouldnt recommend to anyone

As we walked in the first thing we noticed is store was extremely clean, we have not been in for a couple of years (due to previous bad experiences) but heard it was under new ownership. The cakes are really nice we had a Dubai bar and it was 1000/10 also grabbed some shakes their ice cream selection is also really good 100% recommend

Walked in for a fundraiser they did for my daughter's school where they donate part of proceeds always good to know a local business invest in its community. Cleanest Baskin I have ever seen, the cakes are better than other locations the service is personable friendly and fast. This is our 3rd time in and they never disappoint we ordered a custom cake, and it was really beautiful I highly recommend them.

0 stars they always get our order wrong bad customer service the young lady that help me . Did not get her name but not coming back here.

We came in here and the worker (male) was super nice. He greeted us upon entering and exiting. My son ordered a cookie monster milkshake and it had a weird, chemical, aftertaste. We went back in to see if we could get something else, and the worker was nice about it. The shop is clean and smells nice even if the restroom is in an odd place. The restroom too was clean.

Bad customer service the guy that works there looks very angry. He has an attitude as well. You ask him a questions he response with an attitude and angry I'm not the only one that thinks this way another customer that was there said the same thing. I will never go there again. I never have any customer service issues in the Baskin Robbins off dennery road. Everyone is very nice there. I been going there for years.

Staff rude and condescending will never patronize this establishment again

The Baskin Robbins in imperial beach is amazing they go way above and beyond for their customers!!!!!!!!!

Dropped in for Father's day to treat my kid. A young girl behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was clean and the place had a nice presentation. Ice cream scoops were a decent size for the money!
You can customize cake orders there! I might have to order soon. Great experience overall.

I went in asking for a flavor but they didn’t have it on display, the owner, Rafael, was so kind to go in the back and open the ice cream tub just for me. Very great customer service, and a wonderful attitude he had. Thank you Rafael. You have a lifelong customer now!
