I've only ever been here under the new owner and it has always been delicious. Friendly counter staff, quick service, perfect donuts. The maple buttermilk bar is my favorite donut ever, but everything I've tried has been delicious. Cinnamon roll is my husband's favorite. Very happy they won readers choice 2024 best donut shop! Very proud of our local business!

Please update your hours. Today, your posted opening time was at 6 a.m., however you were not open. I returned at 6:24, and still closed. Great donuts, but this is the second time that I’ve come early to be disappointed.

My wife and I are visiting from Tennessee and decided we needed some donuts while in Imperial Beach. CH Donuts popped up on our radar and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The gentlemen behind the counter was extremely friendly, and the donuts were amazing! Even though we arrived at 4pm, the donuts weren’t stale and tasted great!

Woke up early and wanted some donuts. Walked in and was greeted by the owner. Ordered an apple fritter and a fruity pebbles donut. The sweetness was just right.

Doughnuts were fresh.............but not cheap anymore..............almost same price to get a fast food drive thru breakfast..............inflation has hit the doughnut shop too.............I still get a doughnut once in awhile

What a bummer. This used to be my go to donut shop. Looks like the new owners not only doubled the price but changed the recipes. Not nearly as good as the used to be.

I love the donuts here! Also, the new management is friendly and helpful! I always stop in when I pass by and go out of my way to drive an extra 10 -15 mins to grab donuts here. My only complaint is they run out too soon some days! (Which means they are so good that I'm not they only one dropping in!)

Trash now that the old man left. Can't taste the hard work and love anymore. Just don't taste as fresh. He used to know everybody and toss in extra too. Hope he is doing well. New owners raised prices too. Oh well, time to find new donut shop.
