What a great surprise when the employee tells me that he has no promotions 🍔 just some potatoes. Late for them to take my order because there is not much staff so before me there was a very large order through the window. The food is what is nothing special. The employees are respectful when serving you. Very expensive prices. I only return if I am in the area and feel like it.

Drive-thru and they forgot most of everything! I asked the lady at the DT window to please ensure my order was in the bag, not once, not twice, but three times! Middle-aged woman, working the mid-shift around 9 pm! I called the manager, who was just as helpful!! After I called, I was not offered anything! We now go to In & Out a bit further, but it is almost perfect.

Ordered a kids cheeseburger ketchup only and it came out with a very rock hard stale bun and mustard kind of scraped off of it. It honestly seemed like it came from the trash. Went in to get a new one and surprisingly the new one didn’t look weird and had a soft bun. Honestly believe staff tried to serve a super old trashed burger on purpose because we were frustrated that the AI wasn’t working and no one would intervene. Also. The woman working the window saw us and chose to go clean tables before coming back to collect payment and serve us.

Mostly what I order here is the grilled chicken sandwiches I get the bbq extra chicken patty no mayo no cheese. It’s a good high protein quick meal right around 500 calories and about 60 grams of protein and it’s good. The service is never a problem when I visit locations atmosphere it’s a Carl’s Jr they all look the same. Over all not bad I know I’ll be full and satisfied.

Issac is total awesome. He was patient & kind to my kids. We had a great experience because of him. Other workers ignored me while I stood at the counter. Issac deserves a raise. Whatever you’re paying him, pay him more.

Prices increased even though the Menu greatly has been reduced, Portion sizes are a joke now. The automated system sucks. Carls used to be worth the price. Can’t believe jack is better now
I usually come to this location and have a good experience but Today it was a total different story. The staff was incredibly rude and unprepared!! Not once did they bother to explain to you they have run out of things instead blame the automated system. The final straw was when I was told they had no more cheesecake and I had to choose between cake or cookies. I asked for a refund on my entire order.
