Ordered two sandwiches that I was looking forward to all day. Called me to say they don't have the meat and want another of the other.. Said that was fine, bummed out. They refunded after I left and comped other one. Was willing to pay difference. I do appreciate the customer service.
I see a lot of people complaining about the customer service. I believe if the pizza is amazing ?the heck about everything else! These cooks are human too. You who complain probably lack in patience and never gave anyone the benefit of the doubt. Also …you know what? All of you who complain just suck.Eat your pizza and shat ap!
I ordered the 20",3 toping pizza and a 2l soda. For the three topping, I chose ham, pepperoni and sauage.HOW EVER, they put ground beef in place of the sausage! Very unhappy and disappointed, either the pizza chef made a mistake? "When you work in the kitchen, you know where each item is located, and what they look like.or they ran out and dumped ground beef on my pizza. The ground beef was horrible.The chef was kind and APPEARED professional and very friendly.
