Although I LOVE their shakes and teas, I think the owners and employees is what makes this place a local gem. They are kind, personable, IB locals and overall love what they do. Yes, they offer food and drinks as a healthier meal replacement but they also are committed to making their community thrive for the better. Their business is welcoming as they have couches, games, foosball and pictures of their clients that have loss weight due to their products. I love stopping by and supporting them.

It has an amazing atmosphere and it is really friendly. The owner carefully helped decide what i wanted. I saw 2 other reviews and they seem genuine so I decided to give it a try and it was worth it. I got the ( Gains Strawberry cake), it left me wanting more. Definitely a must try!!!

We visited today and had such a positive experience. The little shop is so cute and clean and the owners are very friendly. The husband-wife duo made recommendations regarding their products, and both my husband and myself went with their recommendations. I ordered the chunky monkey protein shake which was amazing, and my husband ordered the Oreo peanut butter protein shake with extra protein. We enjoyed our drinks so much and will definitely be back to try the other flavors!

Love this place! Owners are amazing, so nice, and super helpful. Soooooo many options plus seasonal recipes! Protein shakes, energy tea, healthy options, every flavor imaginable, cute decor, and plenty of parking. You will become a regular. They also have a rewards program, health and weight goals program, shakes to buy and make at home, and even some specialty snacks on occasion. No pressure or sales tactics which i really appreciate. But if you need a program they got you covered! They also help out in the community with fundraisers too. Really love this place, check them out!

I had a meal replacement and I think energy drink not sure exactly. It was delicious and helped me through a long stressful morning.On a hot day I recommend treating yourself to the watermelon chili lollipop drink (pictured) you will not be disappointed.
