The two girls that ran the store this Wednesday evening July 16th were chit chatting the whole time and 15 minutes late on my delivery pickup . Insane. Every other store has orders ready but these two were so incredibly slow and had poor customer service skills. Customers were also waiting… they have poor time management and customer service skills.
Sunday, July 13th, lunch time. They were already very busy, the group of five in front of me orderdered a regular order, the guy in front of me ordered a giant, I ordered four giants, the group or four behind me had a regular order, and the people behind them ordered six giants. The team just put their heads down and did a great job getting all done.

Double-check your sandwiches! Mine had mold on the bread and I didn’t realize until I hadn’t eaten half of it.
Update: Went back to show them the sandwich and the manager said “that’s normal and how we make our bread” then proceeded to have her workers nod heads to agree… they pulled out other loafs to prove the point of “that’s how they are here” and all the loafs had mold in different spots all over. I’ve eaten at Jersey Mikes locations before and never have I had black all over my white bread sandwich 😂 don’t gaslight me 🙄

The worst service, two females working 8/11/2024 at 4:30pm are very rude and can't work under pressure. Only had 2 other customers and made a mess of my order. Very unprofessional and rude.

After my experience with a brutally rude, power tripping female manager who was working 6-8pm 7-15 refusing to remake a botched, messy online order that only needed mayo, I read up on the reviews at this spot, …. And it looks like she’s famous for pettiness. And I’m not the first to be denied a good Sandwich. I ended up throwing my Sammy away after it came back 1. Hour later… she argued with my guy for 30 min. Dry, Drama Rama, Bad Service No Mayo …. Skip this location, period
Kid-friendliness: I would definitely not expose my young children to the rude female manager here unless you want your kids to see you get mad ….

The female manager who was working tonight was the least professional worker I’ve ever come across in San Diego. She’s on a power trip. There was a big problem with one of three sandwiches and I asked them to remake it. She refused because she said it wasn’t their fault. I forgot to check no red wine vinegar…but it was drenched in it. So it was horrible. But the real problem came because I complained that it was poor customer service to not remake something with 1-2 bucks worth of ingredients for a 35 dollar order. Because I said that was ridiculous., she refused to give me onions and banana peppers which I was able to show her were left off the sandwich. She said “I’m not giving those to you.” She has to be the worst manager ever. Jay a poor representative of the company. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years. And my experience has always been great. And even when something was wrong, they always fixed it happily. This power-hungry jerk is ruining this outlet. Don’t take my word for it. Other reviews on Yelp reference her specifically. She need to go.

They literally mess up my order every time I get food from there. The girl that is always there has a bad attitude and refuses to correct her mistakes. Somehow I ordered a $40 large tuna sub plain and received a turkey sub with everything, yet they refuse to give me a refund or a new sub. Typical of this place. They can increase their prices and pay their employees $20 an hour but can't get one order right. And they don't answer their phone when you call but then blame you and lie and say the phone hasn't rung lol.

Purchased via DoorDash. So, needless to say $45 for 2 sandwich's should be prepared correctly. They mixed up the prep instructions for the regular sandwich and a giant. They put Mayo on mine and I have an egg allergy! This was unacceptable!

This spot is closer to our house so we frequent it quite a lot. They are usually very quick and my order is always right however..... they don't take large bills (50's and 100's) and give no advice on where to go exchange one. It's like you hear crickets after asking them, and the first response is they don't know. The last time I went, it felt like they really didn't care if I got change or not. I was unfortunately stuck with a $100 bill, and they had already made my sandwiches. I was really tempted to just leave, but I was soooo close to the finish line, I wasn't gonna give up. There was a 5 Guy's right across the sidewalk, so I went in there. The guy was so nice and he told me I didn't have to buy anything for him to make a change for me!!! (Right about now... you guessed it, I was really contemplating not going back) One would think Jersey Mike staff might have a clue where to send me. I went back and picked up my order and left. No, thank you for coming, no NOTHING!! Customer Service at the register was terrible!!
