Really one of the worst Starbucks, I order and waited more than 30 min for 2 lattes, but a girl who work there came in after me, she order and the guy process to make her matcha before mine, I was sitting there the whole time while they were talking, totally unprofessional, there was literally no one else beside me, and at the end of the day they made my order wrong,

They always manage to get our order wrong. My wife is lactose intolerant and every time they ignore our requests to not include regular milk and whipped cream. I once had to have them remake the order three times to not include regular milk and use oat or soy instead and evan after that it STILL was regular milk. They dont take people's needs seriously and blow it off like its not a big deal if people have allergies or other issues.

This Starbucks is honestly so lame. The baristas donât pay attention and theyâre always messing up drinks. My order is wrong almost every time. The drinks are super inconsistent and itâs obvious they donât really care. I once asked for a sugar free vanilla latte and they gave me 8 pumps of regular vanilla⊠like be serious. Iâm over it.
