20 dollars for 2 pieces of jerky! This is absolutely ridiculous. Also it took over a month to get here after I emailed 3 times to check on it. I would advise to never order from them. Terrible customer service and terrible prices for what you get. They should get 0 stars.
I understand your a burger shop but your owner runs the online store and when you search swagyu chop shop you store comes up. Sorry you have to receive the bad review, tell the owner do better.

The food was amazing. Very juicy we got the fry's which are a different take and I wish other places did the same. The server was Brook and she was amazing very nice and helpful. The services was a little slow but that was NOT her fault they were busy and they need at least one other person to help her but even with the hurdles of being busy my wife and I enjoyed our meal and will recommend to others to try. Very good food.

The Swagyu burger was tasty. Nicely made smash burger, I was missing the mallard crispy bits, while present I was hoping for more, the beef patty overall had good texture but just missing that finish. Service was as to be expected, we were greated, we sat, we ordered, we ate, and paid. Oh not sure if they had a sperate drink menu but we didn't get one and there were no drinks on the menu, so we stuck to water.

Ate here Sunday evening at 5pm. 23july. Said they were closing at 6pm.Only had the lunch menu available . But said I couldn’t order the lunch special that was on the lunch menu. Burgers were definitely cold. Didn’t have the fried rice available to order either. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

Tried calling for takeout just went to voicemail Went to shop and ordered to go. Told they don’t take phone orders Ordered 2 half pound smash burgers and fries. How do you ruin an expensive cut of meat? Overcooked is kind. Charcoal burger. Will not be back

Swagyu bread with a side of meat. This had to be the most overhyped burger I’ve ever had. The beef was pretty good but honestly it’s not better than American Angus.
Also the Nitro potato’s are tasty but not “out of this world” like some others reviewed. They’re just potato wedges with Old Bay Seasoning dusted over them. Again, they tasted good, but nothing game changing.
I was mostly let down by the massive stale bun, I ended up removing it and tossing it because that’s all I felt like I was taking bites of.
The atmosphere and staff were great though. 5 stars for them.
