I had the most amazing experience at the bar thanks to the hot red-headed bartender (I think her name was Abby or something)! Not only did she mix the most fantastic drinks with flair and skill, but their friendly and charismatic personality made the whole evening a delight. Definitely going to make this my hometown bar!!
I have watched this movie "13th hours, the secret soldiers of Benghazi" today and was very sad. Then I wondered about the US embassy attack and read it on wikipedi. I realized one of the security staff Tyrone Woods used to own the salty frog bar. So I googled this bar and was glad that it is still in business. I will visit this bar and drink for the souls of our fallen soldiers. GOD bless USA
Place is nice and they are military/veteran friendly which is awesome. But unfortunately some of the bartenders, especially the older, red headed woman, aren’t very friendly or provide good customer service. It’s not just a one time thing either, I would say at least the past three times I’ve gone I’ve gotten subpar treatment from her. Makes me want to not return. Get rid of her and you’ve got a solid 4.5 maybe 5 stars.
