I got a crappy order of food and they did not want to refund it even though every bite was nasty cold and the meat tasted dry as if there was no meat just overly dried flour. I love wingstop but this location is terrible go somewhere where your money is valued. Lost a customer that would come weekly

I order through uber eats some deal literally just 2 hours ago. Mind you I’m in the military so not often I get to give my self a treat like this. Anyways my order is missing one part, the drinks don’t even have Ice on them and what’s worst is they didn’t put the ranch, it was supposed to be at least 5 things of ranch because I order quite a bit of food and I even pay extra for ranch but no ranch was put in my order like 0, now I have to eat dry, cold, unseasoned, food . Don’t even get me started on the drinks. Very disappointed. I wish Military people could get something better to treat themselves sometimes. But now I’m stuck eating this dinner that I spend like $50+. :( I’m so mad.

horrible customer service!! i placed my order and they didnt come with enough sauce on them, They looked dry and I asked if they can add a little bit more sauce and they made me buy a side of sauce for $3 the managers name was

I went on 1/31 & I had one order missing out of 3. I didn't realize until I got home so I went back immediately. I called them to let them know I had an order missing & the manager told me it was okay to come back & get the rest of my order. I went in & the girl from the front gave me such a hard time. She was arguing with me because according to her, I had took long to come back. So she thought I was lying. I had told her I spoke to the manager & that she said it was okay. After arguing with me going back & forth she called the manager & her manager said yes that's fine I told him to come in. After that I asked her if she could reheat the order I was previously given because they must have been cold by now & again she gave me a hard time. She started acting like she couldn't understand. As I was leaving she had the nerve to ask the next customer what the hell I was even talking about. On top of that I heard her arguing with her manager accusing me of taking too long to go back for my supposedly missing order & that I must've ate them. The girl working tonight was incompetent & had the WORST attitude. I would say train her but you can't train someone to be a decent person. Please seek a new employee.

Arrived on time for order at 8:42pm. Had to get employee's attention to notify them I was there to pick upWas told order would be ready in 5 minutes. Time frame for carry out was listed 8:41p-8:46p online when I placed the order. Received order at 9:14p (28 minutes passed time).

Felt like my order didn't get started on until I arrived. Was disappointed because it looked like a slow night and my order was exceptionally late. No one was dining in at the time and had three other people waiting for pick up. Three employees behind the counter.

Floor had trash and wet spots around benches and drink machine. Despite this, good music playing and neat + clean arrangement of tables and chairs. Restroom was super clean, no graffiti or trash.

Fries were bland and semi-limp. Was supposed to be a large, but it wasn't. Regular fry size in a large fry container. Wings weren't seasoned evenly. Had to get employee's attention to get the restroom code, and once again to check on my order (waited 3 minutes).

Wouldn't recommend this location based on food, service, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, this wasn't #WorthTheWait.

Vegetarian options: There's veggie sticks, French fries, and corn.

The guy working at 10:30pm on January 5th made me 20 minutes late for my lunch, he messed up my order twice and seemed under the influence. When another customer was complaining, he was just giggling and seemed out of touch with reality

Takes too long. Came to pick up my order someone told me to wait 2 minutes waited well over 15 minutes then asked about my order again. Turns out it was sitting out the whole time and no one bothered to check and see if it was mine. Do better at checking on orders who order ahead of time than focusing on customers coming in and out the door. Turns out online ordering isn’t faster.

Well there’s something’ scandalous going on at the IB wing stop . Yesterday I purchased the 20 boneless meal deal. The food was delicious like always 👍..
well I used my debit card to pay , at this point everything was fine the money was taken out of my account’ I was happy with the service the lady at the register Jacqueline was very friendly.
Now today 10/27/24 an extra charge of 45.00 was put on my debit card . Got me thinking, was this an inside job by someone at the wing stop or did someone put a card reader on the card machine?. So anyway I’m out 45.00 dollars. The fraud department at my bank had to cancel my card so now I can’t use my card for 7-10 days. I’m very disappointed with wing stop because I’m not sure if I can trust them , how did this happen.
So please if you go to wing stop in iB beware!! . You could get ripped off
