What a hidden gem! Was hungry for some tacos so we googled nearby Mexican restaurants and went to Glenn's without looking at the picture. Wow were we surprised to find a taco truck just parked in an old gas station. Ordered Tacos, a Burrito, and a Bowl and after waiting 15 minutes, we had the BEST BEST BEST food ever! Food was hot, sauce was spicy, and the taste was better than any 'chain' places. They even have a clean restroom behind the truck. If you like Mexican, stop at this little hole in the wall hidden gem in Independence. My only complaint? It was cold outside! (Did this in 30deg weather).Vegetarian options: The veggie burrito is awesome.

Excellent Mexican food at a roadside taco truck. This seems to be a family business - the teenage son took my order both times I visited, and he was very polite.I had the veggie burrito, which was okay (but nothing special) on my first night in town. For my next dinner, I tried the chicken enchilada plate which was amazing!Service was quick - I got my burrito in 5 minutes and the enchilada plate in less than 10 minutes. There are a few outdoor tables, including some under a tent, but this is a roadside location, so it definitely doesn't feel like fine dining.Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito

The corn tortillas on the mulitas were perfect! Super nice woman working, and the truck and seating area felt like ones I've been to in Mexico. The mild salsa was truly v mild, so I'll have to try the other salsas next time!

One of the best food trucks I’ve ever eaten at! The prices were reasonable, service was fast, made to order. We had the pork, asada, quesadillas, and the special of the day was the shrimp tacos- by far the best prepared shrimp tacos- a few more patrons came through and o plowed through my dish I went to order more and they were sold out definitely coming back. Also I didn’t have cash they take card, venmo, zelleDietary restrictions: Made to order

Awesome little taco truck! Definitely making this a place we stop by on road trips. Trust me you gotta try it.We saw lots of reviews praising the mulitas and it was the definite winner. The quesadillas and tacos are also fantastic! The chicken, adobada and chorizo were killer. Guac and red salsa are a must!

My husband and I love trying out new spots on our way home from Bishop. We almost missed it! So glad we didn't. We were looking for a building but we found this awesome food truck. I ordered the beef enchilada plate and my husband had the beef tacos we both agreed they were sooo good. Great service! Needless to say we will definitely be stopping by more often.
