We happened to stop in looking for a restroom and not only found a super clean restroom but met the owners, Paul and Joyce. Incredibly kind, wonderful people who make their own homemade ice cream. They bring in the highest quality cream, all natural -no carrageenan, no high fructose corn syrup. Best tasting ice cream and flavors! This is a must stop when passing through Independence. What a treat!
I have lived in Bishop for 18 yrs .. I drive down the valley often .. how did I missed this place ? BEST ice cream ever ! The owner is super friendly! Ask for a sample. AMAZING place !

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. The owners are very helpful and they tell you all about the delicious flavors and the names they can come up with, such as “Winter is coming”, “coconut clouds “, “the drive home “, etc. You must try them all if you can.
