“What a hidden gem! Was hungry for some tacos so we googled nearby Mexican restaurants and went to Glenn's without looking at the picture. Wow were we surprised to find a taco truck just parked in an old gas station. Ordered Tacos, a Burrito, and a Bowl and after waiting 15 minutes, we had the BEST BEST BEST food ever! Food was hot, sauce was spicy, and the taste was better than any 'chain' places. They even have a clean restroom behind the truck. If you like Mexican, stop at this little hole in the wall hidden gem in Independence. My only complaint? It was cold outside! (Did this in 30deg weather).Vegetarian options: The veggie burrito is awesome.“
