Wow. This place is amazing, and the sandwiches are HUGE!!! I recommend splitting - my husband loves to eat and could only eat half the Le Parma. I got the Chicken Club and could also only eat half of it. We have been in this area for a week on vacation, and this is the best place we have had. Wish we discovered it sooner so we could have it again before our flight tomorrow. Highly recommend!

This is my go-to spot, best Panini's, great matcha and amazing staff. they only use quality ingredients and I love that they are also seed oil free. The steak tartare grilled cheese is the best sandwich in the desert. My other favorites are the Roma panini, Mambo Italiano cold cut and the Lavender Cloud Matcha. And don't forget to look at their weekly special.

Food was subpar, it looks really good, but pretty tasteless and void of flavor. Wait time was way too long and one top of that there was a little somebody in my food. Needless to say go elsewhere.

WOW! Finally grabbed a couple sandwiches to go from this local spot. Delicous doesn't do it justice. My Chicken Club was outstanding. From the bread to the fresh and flavorful ingredients inside, I know this is one I will crave. My wife had the Capri and raved the entire time she was enjoying it. Cannot wait to return and have a seat on the patio now that the weather will be cooling. This will be a place in regular rotation for us. Super friendly staff, as well. Thanks team! Lunch was exceptional.

Just got a $11 latte and no wifi! The place is nice no doubt but insanely steep prices. Sandwhiches are really big and delicious but at $20 I would hope so.
