I don't usually get excited over "just a dumb sandwich", AND I'm picky."No onions please. Hold the mayo. If I want vegetables I'll order a salad."Not here. Just give it to me how chef intended it! Some flavors hit quickly, some take time to creep up on you, some are subtle. Until now I've NEVER had a sandwich that had me analyzing what this or that flavor is, or had me talking about it 5 hours after eating it.Just eat here! You can thank me by Zelle'ing me with enough money to buy another sandwich.

Lovely little spot for a delicious HUGE freshly made sandwich. The pastrami is 10/10 & pairs perfectly with the French carrot salad. The matcha drinks and lemonade are freshly made. Note: the matcha is not sweetened. Also, ask about their daily special sandwich.

I have gotten to know the owners over time and they are incredibly passionate about delivering nutritious and high quality foods to our local community. Chef Justin is a mastermind behind the kitchen and will not disappoint you. Highly recommend their paninis but everything else is just as good!

Tried Baby's for first time today. We had the special Croque Monsieur sandwich and Le Poulet sandwich. Both were very flavorful and both were huge capital letter HUGE. The sauce in le poulet was delicious . However, the bread ( large baguette style ) was so dry and tough I could barely tear it apart with my teeth. It was what happens to bread when it's warmed in a microwave for much too long. I was afraid I would pull out several teeth trying to get a bite. I took most of it home. The patio is lovely and serene.

Happen to find it this place on line and wanted surprise my wife with a new place for lunch. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the sandwich that we got. Ever since then we have been sending them lots of customers because it is the best sandwich that we've ever had here in the Coachella Valley.

Wow. Life changing. I'm so impressed by this business. Please visit this spot if you're in the area. I haven't had a fresh sandwich in a VERY long time. The food is made right in front of you! Customer service is absolutely amazing. This cafe spot is located in a secluded area, away from all the noise. We ordered the Lavender matcha, caffe latte, capri sandwich, and the Cali caprese. 10/10! I will be returning here! Thank you so much!

Wonderful little gem behind the Nest on 111 in Indian Wells. The chef creates the best sandwiches, we come here often for the grilled hot pastrami. But we do change our choice often with the mouth watering specials offered, like the BLT- a second favorite. Salads are huge, good share with someone. The coffee is wonderful, too.
