Little coffee shop with breakfast at our hotel hit the spot. The service was excellent and fast. The breakfast ham cheese and bacon sandwich was delicious. Had a tasty coffee and parfait yo go with it. Highly recommend this place.

Stopped here for a coffee before going out to breakfast with family and this place was not memorable. The coffee is weak - I like strong coffee. I was not greeted and when I said good morning, the response was fake and forced - I've been greeted more enthusiastically at a gas station. Customer service was awful - no greeting, no smiles, and didn't thoughtfully respond to a simple question 'what do you recommend?' - I like going to new places and asking because I might find a new drink order. And to top it off, it's overpriced. I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope your experience is better than mine!

It has been a minute since I've been to the Renaissance Esmeralda here in Indian Wells. I'm not a big fan of the colossal golf/spa/resort complex of which this is a good example, but Goldenvoice puts people here for Coachella and Stage Coach so I've stayed here a couple times. This lobby espresso bar is new from last time, a welcome addition because I also got a room service breakfast from here (50) and it was capital P pathetic, so just send someone down here and get a coffee and whatever from this place and save yourself 40 dollars.Also this is one of those locations where leaving to go to Starbucks is a major production so having something serviceable in the lobby is great.

Came in for a latte and pastry, very delighted! Warm and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend the chai latte! They also have some dessert options. Great place to stop in for a light bite and good conversation. The staff is also very friendly!

Always a pleasure to visit when staying at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. I love this place, not sure why the negative reviews. Maybe some people are impossible to please (I mean one review said the coffee was too hot??) I have ordered multiple times and everything is always great. Prices are in line Starbucks or any other coffee shop at a hotel. Very happy with Cafe Biscotti. Will continue to visit every time I stay here.
