First time having dinner at grapefruit. The spaghetti squash with grilled chicken was very tasty. I also enjoyed the Keylime pie.

Our waiter was wonderful, always on top of everything and attentive. Chicken and Steak Tacos (from the Bar menu) were a 10.

The food was delicious!! My wife ordered the crab cake and I had the Cioppino. Both dishes were tasty and cooked perfectly. Only issue was that the kitchen was slow but our waitress gave us complimentary chips and salsa and made sure that we had water to drink because it was warm outside. Overall it was a good experience

There was a screaming toddler who ran throughout the restaurant during our meal and disrupted what was intended as a quiet business dinner. Also both dinners featured overcooked seafood. Not a pleasant experience.

I met a friend for lunch. Our food was superb and our waiter was patient, attentive and friendly. We stayed a long time as we were catching up after not seeing one another for several years. We were attended to with drink refills etc and never felt rushed.

We had the best experience celebrating my husband's birthday. Josie was such a gift. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive. She went out of her way to make the night feel extra special, and we'll always remember it. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was beautiful, but Josie truly made the evening unforgettable

We have been coming to this resort for 19 years. It recently changed over to Tommy Bahama. We assumed the food was going to be like going to the Tommy Bahama restaurant. I had called the day before increasing our party size to 11 people. They had to get approval for that, which is fine, however...when we got to the restaurant it was pretty much empty. We are all ex service industry people so we are well aware of the challenges a party of 11 can bring. The server came over took one drink order from one person and vanished. Came back, took another single drink order vanished. After 35 minutes, we all had a drink. Appetizers were great, the entrees are overpriced vs the quality you get. They have a chicken sandwich that has precooked chicken pieces like what come in a pre packed salad. For $22+ they could at least grill a real chicken breast. The service here is very slow. Wouldn't go back unless I was staying at the hotel.

My wife and I both ordered the short rib and unfortunately they both came out really dry. Not wanting anything else from the limited selection on the menu, we pulled through it. Like any restaurant, the waitress took our drink order when we sat down and then came back later for our food order, yet we did not receive our drinks till nearly half way through our meal so in the meantime, we were drinking water and eating dry meat. The food and service were terrible. I was very disappointed. Seriously, go to any other restaurant close by...you'll be happy you did.

We had a service failure last night at Grapefruit Basil. And the response to the failure was also a failure! We arrived and were seated at a lovely booth. There was a party of 25 at one table and we kept hearing the staff apologize to the other tables for late food “we are slammed because of the large table, everything is behind”. The funny thing was that there were many empty tables. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. She didn't know what “pink champagne” was when we ordered a glass. We ordered food and the salad came but then no entree. One hour and 10 minutes later after asking about our food, she said that they had given our orders to another table that came in an hour after we did and we are now stuck in the queue. Finally at an hour 20 we said we wanted to leave. She said “they are working on your order”. We said we wanted the check and then the food arrived, the scallops and pasta were cold. We ate anyway as we were hungry and she offered a free dessert?!?! I said a free meal or entree would be more appropriate since they were the ones that made the mistake and it wasn't our fault that they didn't staff for a large party. We got 10% off, which didn't seem right.

Our server was very attentive, sometimes too much so. I found her intrusive at times and too familiar. Otherwise, she was good.

Gabby was our server..... excellent! She has served us before very friendly and helpful. We'll be back next time we are in town.

Food was great, we had the short ribs and a Caesar salad. Service was amazing. Katie was the best and even gave us a note congratulating us on our win! Which really made the night even better. Such a small gesture but really meant allot to us.

Naturally we had to come back for breakfast after a wonderful experience with dinner. The pancakes and chicken sandwiches for breakfast were on point. Wonderful time dining here.

Always a great experience with fantastic food and service! When I made the reservations for lunch, I requested that they make us one of the dinner choices(not on the lunch menu) and they accommodated and gladly did it for us. Always a good time and one of our favorite places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner !

The ahi poke was delicious and the Benedicts were both good but the salad that came on the side was very over dressed, oil pooled on the plate at the bottom. The tomato that came on the Benedictwas bigger than the crab cake like half a tomato so that was overwhelming. The Burrata toast was nice. The service was really slow but our server was really sweet and nice. We needed a high chair and it took about 30 minutes for them to bring one out to our table. Overall it was mediocre but the ambiance is really what you go there for.
