We called ahead and asked if they had seats available. The lady said yes they had tables available. We arrived and saw several empty tables. For 10'minutes no one greeted us. We just waited. The greeter finally came to us. She conferred with someone else and sat us outside. She sat us in a dark corner of the restaurant like we were being punished. I couldn't even see what was written on the menu. Our family got up and told the hostess that we didn't want to sit there. She again asked the same lady who she talked to earlier where she should seat us. The lady said they can wait then. Why, there were empty table. What did we do? We didn't do anything wrong. We just wanted to eat. You guys have some bad service. Get it together.

Food is very tasty but unfortunately portions especially appetizers are half the size since Covid. Sometimes dishes are overly Saucy and salty ..... not healthy for sure. Hamburgers are great. Very nice ambience especially on the terrace.

The first time I went to Eureka in Indian Wells it was amazing! It was during lunchtime on a weekday. The food was perfectly prepared and the service was great. I enjoyed it so much I took my husband there today on a Saturday afternoon. It was awful. The vacated tables were still dirty, our food arrived and my chicken fingers were way overcooked and hard. I was so disappointed. It was like it was a completely different restaurant experience.

good food but for good sake, the restaurant needs some good cleaning, painting, refreshing. the fountain at the entrance and the chairs need a good scrub and the walls painting! the windows in the patio discussing, and of course some more ! I think you got the picture! Do they have managers or just servers who can care less!!

Nice food. Great service by Marisela and team. Arrived here close to 10 PM on a Tuesday and tried the mandarin chicken salad and fries.Food was fresh and well made. Marisela also recommended the Bourbon barrel cake as a local favorite and it was delicious.Definitely recommend this restaurant.
