A combined birthday celebration and a 50th wedding anniversary. This was a big night out for the four of us, and it was a wonderful evening. Initially there was some confusion with the address and GPS because there are so many places called “Indian Wells”. And the building that IW Live is in looks like a private condo building. Perhaps when it was called Frank’s Place there wasn’t this confusion! Food and service was outstanding and we found the prices reflected the quality. The entertainment started promptly at 6pm. Marc Antonelli and Maureen MacDonald (a lovely Canadian singer!). There are two sets to their program. We wish we could have stayed for the second set, because the set list would have been more to our liking — more celebration music, rather than somber Classic (opera) music and a sad song to commemorate 9 / 11. The Prayer, by Carole Bayer Sager. But the singers have wonderful vocals!
To top the evening off, the staff presented our table with beautiful desserts, one for the birthday, one for the anniversary! Thank you!

My girlfriends and I had a fabulous evening at IW Live after a great day at the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The cocktails, food, service were outstanding. The live music provided by Kristi King was delightful and fun. If you are a Lucille Ball (she used to own the resort) and a genuine Palm Springs style supper club sounds fun, this is your place.

Couldn't find the place. The hotel on the premises didn't know anything about it. GPS had poor instructions.

Our experience was horrible. We ordered a drink with appetizer and then waited 45 mins with no one coming back to our table. We left, got the check from the hostess and informed why we were leaving. Haven't been back.

Great food, great service, great view, and the wait staff aims to please their customers! We always make two or three visits here every May when we vacation out here from Illinois as this is our favorite restaurant out here!!

Food was average at best. French toast cold, fish overcooked and dry, hash was all peppers, charged extra for a mimosa and tea when the price was already high. Deserts were processed pastries.

Food was average. The desert table looked like something that had sit out for a few days. Also, they ran out of a bunch of the options. BUT, the most upsetting part was I was dinning with a party of 2 and a 20% gratuity was already added. I totally don't mind. Our server was wonderful! What bothers me is that it's pretty darn shady to do so and not inform the customer paying. I almost double tipped. Over all the view is really the only great thing at the Vue.

We had a reservation but only high top table was available...not comfortable The eggs Benedict had a brick for the so called English muffin underneath Noise level loud Nice view Some food options excellent but not all

Great facility. The pork chop was bizzare. Better chicken at Lulus. My steak needed special chewing. Been several times before. Last night was enjoyable for the jokes we made about the food.

The service staff was more concerned with their cell phones and talking with one another than taking care of the few tables on the floor. The Hostess was the only member of the staff who seemed genuinely happy to be there and was very gracious and friendly.

I enjoy the location, service. But the prices have increased over the years to feel that a salad with no bread served or offered is $20+. I have lived here for 35 years and obviously over the last 10 -15 years we have come here to dine for all types of meals, parties, business gatherings and event meetings. This is a beautiful facility and I am sure the business meetings and guests staying at the hotels nearby enjoy this beautiful facility. As a year round local for as long as we have lived here, inviting guests I believe the pricing guests see for what is served, we get the feeling they order a lower priced meal holding back ordering a beverage.

Cool old hotel and nice restaurant lounge but wow, the food is so badly overpriced and disappointing; $29 for a salad and $39 for lasagna, both were ok but not great. The pizza was absolutely terrible, $21 for a small 7 inch frozen pizza they must pick up at the grocery store. The live music was great however.

Had a great Anniversary Brunch today at the Vue restaurant in Indian Wells. Our waiter wanted to celebrate with us. The buffet was amazing and fresh food at all stations. Definitely a must try
