Despite the construction, which we didn’t know about when we booked, we had such a great stay. The friendly staff more than made up for it. Daisy and Elvia at the pool were the most attentive bartenders I have ever had at a pool. Our water cups were never empty of ice and cold water. And at the pool in the desert, it’s a must. They were so friendly and attentive, we will go back again just because the staff made it so wonderful, and promised us our next stay would be even better once the construction was completed

After staying for one week here, we quickly got the know the staff, including Diego and Daisy. These two staff members in particular were amazing. I recommend Diego's very berry mojito and Daisy's mangonada served poolside- very refreshing after being beat by the sun. The room and other services were top notch as well. Make you plans now, you won't regret it!

Thanks to Daisy and her team, we are really enjoying our stay. We enjoyed great poolside service and perfect song mix from the DJ in the saline pool. I am very excited to return once Tommy Bahama finishes remodeling the rest of the hotel and opens the new restaurant and bar.

My Wife and I absolutely are in love with this Resort! This is the third time we have stayed here, since April 1st, and each time we leave, we find ourselves wanting to stay longer. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. There are pathways through the greenbelts that lead from the Main Lobby and Main Pool to each building with lush landscaping. Once checked in, driving to your assigned building is easy and there is ample parking outside of each building. The Resort itself is under some renovations right now but the management has taken the appropriate measures to make sure that would not disturb our stay in any way. Honestly, besides the change in the check in location, we barely noticed it. We stayed in the 400 Building which has already been renovated and our room/location was absolutely beautiful. The downstairs Rooms are great size with a nice patio outside to sit and relax. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is well lit with ample coset space in the vanity area. In all the places we have stayed, something that sticks out the most to us is how courteous the Staff is. From the gentleman that greets us outside as we pull up, to the people at the check in desk, (even the cleaning staff and maintenance people), everyone greets you with a smile and asks us how we are enjoying our day/stay. This trip was both business and pleasure so the relaxing at the main Pool was just what the Doctor ordered for both of us. A special shout out goes to Daisy and Seth who were so accommodating to us throughout each day to make sure we always had what we wanted. They both are so nice and knew us by name immediately and always had a smile on their faces, even in this past weekend's heat. I/we have stayed in a lot of Resorts in both Palm Springs and Palm Desert and my Wife and I have fallen in love with the relaxed atmosphere of everything Miramonte offers us. Came to the Wellness Spa today with my Husband and after stopped for some lunch. They are renovating the restaurant so we went to the Mesquite Ballroom. Which was very beautiful. The burgers were delicious and the service amazing. We had looked up reviews and Gloria had the most. We were pleased to see she was here? Gloria is a great server, very kind and very attentive. As soon as I would look up she was on her way to us. She made sure we enjoyed our food and had a smile on her face the whole time. We are locals to the Desert and look forward to coming to eat here again and again. We ordered the Miramonte Burgers I recommend it with the Chipotle Aioli. The chips were delicious served with Guacamole, delicious Salsa, and Queso. Thank you Gloria for a wonderful lunch

Arrived at the Hotel mid-day on a Sunday, check in experience was flawless and fast with exceptional service. We had a very nice suite for our weekend away. the staff and service overall at Miramonte is top notch from Front Desk, Spa, Restaurant and at the pool. One of the days we had a Cabana at the pool and it was an absolute must and provided that additional accommodation for relaxing in the desert sun. We loved our time at Miramonte and look forward to coming back very soon. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very attentive and offered great recommendations. Cassandra Spa: My mama to be massage was a dream. Amazing, had an amazing experience. Even got to do it as a couple massage with my hubby. He loved his massage as well, don't remember her name, unfortunately. Elvira Bartender at the pool. She was so sweet and made a nice margarita.

Gloria was great server. She was very hospitable, friendly and warm. The food was very good as well. They were remodeling the restaurant, so we ate in the banquet room, but it was not a bad situation. The menu was a little bit limited, but it worked, so no problem here. I will be returning ! Went to the Spa for a massage and ended up getting talked into a facial, best decision I’ve made in recent memory. Tina gave me the facial and it was so relaxing I fell asleep, skin mever felt better. The entire staff was kind and gracious, facilities were just what I needed and pools more than I expected I will be back soon.

Last week I stayed at the Miramonte Indian Wells Resort and Spa. Room was very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good. I would recommend those Korean BBQ Tacos any day. Unfortunately I was there on a work trip so was not able to enjoy the beautiful pool or the spa services. Great location with easy in and easy out.

The Miramonte, Indian Wells, CA., doesn't dissapoint. This property truly transports you to a state of comfort. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are gorgeous with the backdrop of sun-kissed rocky peaks. Close to the BNP tennis events! The pool and spa call you! The food is excellent. I started my day with the avocado toast, topped with egg scramble, and the wonderfully smokey bacon. To Die For!! Gloria in the restaurant, and all the staff on this property, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The outside sitting area, beneath an olive tree Grove, between the pool and patio dining area is awesome for relaxing or networking. You have to include the Miramonte in an Indian Wells stay.

Really not a good hotel. Staff are rude and uninformed. Hotel rooms are dirty and need renovating and the walls are so thin if anyone is moving you hear everything. I stayed here in 2020 and they tried to charge me $400 for a free rate phone number and now this time they are trying to charge my card twice. The whole set up is poor and with really great alternatives just across the street I would never come here again.
