The food is just awesome, but the service was just subpar from the start and continued through out our meal. Our waiter just opted to connect with piers as opposed to seeing if we needed anything. As much as we enjoyed the food, waiting on everything with no communication sort of dimmed the experience there. It was my wife's birthday which was well communicated to them in advance, but there was no acknowledgement until I was paying the bill. For the price, it is fair to expect more and takes away the urge to go back.

My first time dining at Nobu and it was an experience rather than just a meal. The service from Valet to the elevator, to the door of the restaurant, and the friendly hostesses who checked us in were a great start to the night. Daniel was our server and was very attentive and helpful when choosing what to order off the menu and how the meal is prepared. We ordered quite a lot and everything was delicious! Met the manager and he was also very friendly and attentive through out our meal. We closed the place down because we were finishing our drinks from the bar which were also outstanding! Already made plans to be back again and hope to have the same experience.

Don't let the Swiss chalet setting mislead you. This is a real Nobu food experience, despite the fact that it is so dark you can't read the menu and that two large tv screens at the sports bar opposite the sushi bar are not really conducive to fine dining. Service is good and fast. The food is wonderful, as expected. Sashimi Salad, Seafood Sunomono, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Soft shell crab rolls all unique and wonderful. The Wagyu sliders?meh. The Eel cucumber maki?Not worth it. Prices as expected at a Nobu. Hard to find on a dark night. A shuttle from the parking lot zips you to the elevator that zips you to the floor where you walk to the restaurant. Worth the effort and the noise.

Nice spot to visit when tennis is not on here. Valet parking and a cart ride to entrance helps. Room is nice although I am not sure about having a basketball game on tv's. Enjoyed the black cod miso the best (sablefish). Also the crispy shiitake salad.

I have been to quite a few Nobu restaurants, this one has large TVs playing sports throughout the restaurant and felt like a sports bar. There are people wearing guys tank tops and baseball hats, not what I expect when going to a restaurant at the caliber of Nobu.

As always the food at Nobu is incredible. We introduced my 86 year old mother-in-law to the Black Cod Miso and many other classic dishes. In her words the best fish she ever had.. staff was brilliant and Seoul the manager was a joy.. the location at the stadium and golf cart entry added to the fun..

I had a horrible experience here last night. I made a reservation for my fiancee and I to celebrate her birthday, which was noted on our reservation. The hostess did greet us and acknowledged the birthday, but the experience was downhill from there. Our waiter was super short with us, didnt ask if it was our first time or offer to explain the menu or anything. He did specifically ask if we had allergies and I had told him, YES, I am allergic to avocado. We then place our order and he never mentioned 2 items we were ordering had avocado in them. So they bring out the 2 things with avocado, no acknowledgement of the mistake or an apology or anything. He also never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted more food or anything after our initial order. Never acknowledged how it was my fiancees birthday or anything here. Just such poor service for Nobu and they could have caused a hospitalization for bringing me 2 things with avocado, so why even ask if we have allergies. I would never come back to this location.

This was a very disappointing experience. Our server was non-existent. Only focused on the table of 12 behind us. It got to the point where the host came over and asked us if we had been helped and got a different server to help us. At some point, our actual server came to ask us what to order, but after that, we again had to ask servers from different sections to come and help us. This was our 8th different Nobu location and it got to the point where we closed our tab and moved to the bar to actually receive service. The food is incredible as always and I don't know if it was an off night but this experience was a complete bust and we would never return to this location.

This was the first time here at Indian wells i go often to Nobu , i took husband for his birthday and mother in law because she cannot afford it .. the service was Outstanding my waiter was fantastic , food was great and also most of all they enjoyed themselves . i give it ten out of ten ..
