We always loved coming to Vicky's until last night. I realize they are getting ready to close for summer, but if you are open, you shouldn't act like you are getting ready to close at any minute. We like to sit in the lounge to enjoy the live music. After we were seated, it took almost 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us. Our drinks and appetizer were delicious. At the time we placed our drink order I asked about the specials. We were told there was halibut and sea bass. When it came time to order, the halibut was gone. I ordered a fillet, medium rare. My husband ordered the pork chop, which has always been delicious. We then asked for bread, which should have been delivered without asking for it. We were brought a basket of "bread" which looked like it was leftovers from someone else's table. The steak was cooked medium and didn't have much flavor. The pork chop was a complete fail. It was dry and hard and had little flavor. We left feeling disappointed in the restaurant that we used to enjoy on a regular basis.

Always a pleasure dining at Vicky's. Live entertainment, good food and drinks. The crowd is lively and the atmosphere sultry.

I was asked to do a review so here goes. This restaurant was highly recommended to us for a date night. We arrived and were greeted and seated promptly. We were met by our waitress Mila and asked about a drink order. We brought our own wine and she promptly opened it for us. ($24 corkage fee) She also made sure to refill our wine glass's. We were then brought bread and butter which was excellent. I ordered the bacon wrapped dates ($ 16 for 4) which were wonderful. For dinner, I ordered the 10 ounce filet ($56). Medium rare. It was cooked properly. I like my steak hot, but at best it was luke warm. Barely had any sear marks. It didn't have any seasoning nor much flavor. I also had the creamed spinach ($12) which was very good. I also had the seasoned baked potato. It can nice and hot and had salt on the peal which i like to see. The problem was the potato ($12) had been overcooked. Kind of brown like when it has been sitting in a steam table for too long. Atmosphere was very nice and the place was busy, but not over the top, where service suffered. So the total was $120 plus tax and I left a 20% tip. Will I return? Maybe. There are several other high end steak houses in the area to try, before I return here.

Great supper club food and entertainment best in the Coachella valley. We have been there at least 4 times. The slim man band is outstanding can't wait to see him again when he returns

Local favorite. The place consists of a music (live on most nights) area, fun and crowded bar area, and a good-sized restaurant area. Reliable service and good food in all 3 sections. Never tried, but I hear their steaks are good. Everything I tried on the menu has been good so far. When the live band is on, it can be hard to hear.

Rose performed and has a great appearance. Her band is excellent. She sings from her heart. The people just love her. It was a wonderful environment. People dancing. I wish her the best. She is the golden girl of entertainment in the Coachella Valley.

Food and service was outstanding. Pork chops and steaks were enjoyed by all. Twice baked potato was great as well. Highly recommended.

Checked in early with friends who had not been there before. Service was prompt efficient as we had a deadline to attend a show. Everyone loved their food.

Opentable Diner

Always delicious, the NY Strip is great! Enjoyed the music with John Stanley King, but please not, if you're not going for the music you'll want to sit someplace other than the lounge (it can be very loud). But the music is great, and cocktail service is very attentive. We love Vicky's and will be sorry when they close for the summer!

We had been wanting to try Vicky's and it was really disappointing. Food was overcooked and overpriced. Waitress was nice and the music in the lounge was the best part.
