First of all, the food and our waiter were excellent! We found the music to be a bit too loud, at times it was hard to hold a conversation. Our seating was the biggest problem. We were seated at a table right where the kitchen elbows. Most every waiter/waitress walked by with their big trays, most everyone who needed to be seated walked by. That table in this restaurant needs to be totally removed. I would go back - but only if I could be seated at a different table.

Overall, we thought the food was delicious. The prices have noticeably increased since November. (wine choices were $25.00 are now $40.00!!) Hostess needs to dress appropriately!! We did not appreciate being greeted by a hostess whose breasts were bursting out of her top. Dress size was at least 2 sizes too small!! Not a look for an upscale restaurant.

I PUT MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES ON THE CENTER OF THE TABLE WHEN I SAT DOWN AND THEY WERE GONE AT THE END OF THE MEAL ... THE WAIT STAFF REMOVED THEM DURING THE MEAL!! ... $220 PAIR OF GLASSES GONE ... AND WHEN I ASKED THE PEOPLE ABOUT THEM I RECIEVED ZERO HELP FROM ANYONE WORKING AT BISTRO!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

I make a reservation for my friend birthday and thay didnt even offer a birthday dessert or something server only showed up 3 times i got better service for the girl that delivered the food

Delicious filet cooked Perfectly! Comes with Asparagus, and potatoes o gratin and bernaise. Caesar salad was delicious

Wonderful second night with tender steak and loved the Oysters Rockefeller! Staff remembered me from last night and gave me a second birthday dessert! Highly recommend!

It was very nice. The drinks were a good pour and most of the food was excellent. Shrimp cocktail was pretty but not very tasty. The wedge salad was not as expected. It was really only the outside leaves and not the tight center part of the lettuce. Soups were delicious and dish of the day was good.
We have retired and moved to Arizona. We truly miss The Bistro as it is our favorite restaurant. Truly enjoyed our dinner last night!

I've been going there for years and the steaks have always been the best in the desert but the last time I was there the steak was tougher, not as tender and juicy as always so I gave it another chance and it was the same, maybe they changed vendors or the way they cook it but it not the same anymore I hope you fix it because they streak is the reason we go there, everything else is perfect all the other trays!!!!

Our food and wait staff were fabulous. Food much better than some of the high priced restaurants. Much better selection of entrees. Would highly recommend. Also the noise level was very good. Was able to have conversations without loud music.

No reservation so we sat at the sushi bar. The sushi chef took our order, told us that what we wanted to order would be too expensive. We wanted nigiri and sushimi. Every opportunity to check in came with little jabs and judgement. The Bistro seriously needs to rethink that chef.
