Overall pretty good dining experience. 25 bucks for the shrimp appetizer kinda thru me as you got 4 only and the sauce was not good. My two shrimp had dirt or something that hadn't been thoroughly rinsed. Wasn't too happy about that but our main dishes were good

The dinner was delicious! We had the filet, sea bass and the special which was pasta with shrimp and octopus. I tasted everything and it was all fantastic. The pasta special which I ordered was the best. Our drinks were great, especially the espresso martini! The actually use real espresso not the can stuff. We will definitely dine at The Bistro again!

Miguel (our server) & Matthew (our busier) were great!! ????? The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. There were 7 of us and we sat in the private room which was very cool. The only thing I would say, was that the Rock Yard music was a bit loud at times. Definitely will return!!

This was a birthday celebration for my husband and cousin and it did. It disappoint. The Bistro is our go-to choice for celebrations. The service was even more wonderful and attentive than usual. The food and selections are ample and excellent quality. We had steaks, salmon and sushi. Everything arrived looking.beautiful and we dove into eating without taking the time for photos......next time! So, excellent food, service and value. You can't ask for anything else!

I have eaten at The Bistro many times and usually sit at the bar. I have always been pleased with the food and service. This time, however, the food did not meet my expectations. The filet mignon, green beans, and brussel sprouts were not very appetizing. The brussel sprouts were charred. The green beans were greasy. The 12-ounce filet mignon was cooked accurately. However, it was lukewarm in temperature. The service is always excellent, so thank you for that.

We had another amazing dinner experience last night. From the cocktails made by Eddie at the Bar to start the evening to exceptional service by Maria. Food was fantastic, the Scallops special suggested by Maria was incredible. The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed. It was our anniversary and we were thrilled to have a visit by Chef Freddy.

We eat here quite often since we go to the Rockyard alot and it's always great! We like to sit at the bar. Staff is super friendly and they have excellent cocktails at a fair price. Food and sushi always delicious. Ambiance is nice, dimly lit and quiet. Would highly recommend

I hosted a birthday dinner for my husband there were a total of ten guests. Justina (manager) and Leaha Hostess did a fantastic job organizing the whole dinner. Their help made a huge difference for a successful party. Javier as always the exceptional professional server made the this memorable birthday ? party run smoothly and fun. He went out of his way to make all our guests feel like VIPs. The whole team at the Bistro, Chefs, support servers and Sushi staff could not have done a better job. The service was absolutely outstanding. I had indicated when making the reservation that we were there to celebrate an anniversary but apparently somehow that did not get communicated to the staff. But when the server brought our bill, we mentioned to him that it was our anniversary and he immediately took the bill back and had the dessert that we had ordered comped. his service throughout the meal was absolutely impeccable. He was friendly and professional at the same time. We got everything just as we liked. The Caprese salad is probably one of the best we've had anywhere. The entire staff was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Javier and Monica were fantastic servers who made our dining experience truly enjoyable. They were incredibly attentive and exceptionally friendly. The food was outstanding; we ordered the Kobe burger, the pork chop special, braised short ribs, and Chilean sea bass, and everything was delicious. It was the perfect dinner to celebrate one of our anniversaries before heading to a nearby concert!

Always an amazing dinner at the Bistro. Javier, our waiter, is amazing and a big reason we keep coming back. Food is amazing and the drinks that Sam the bartender crafts for us are just right for our taste. Overall, 1 of the best, if not the best, in the desert.
We ate here several times, but tonight the food was below par. I was served a fillet that was beyond rare. I asked for medium rare special tonight, which is usually a crapshoot was not very good. The service is always good at the bistro. Our favorite bartender was not available tonight so our drinks were a little disappointing. We've had better nights.
