Went for out anniversary which the nice hostess acknowledged- waitress was less than enthusiastic, didnt mention a thing and be hard pressed if she gave good service if working ar a Dennys. With how good the food normally is, the service took away from it. We will not spend another anniversary dinner here.
The dining experience begins and ends with the parking valets, and they nearly spoiled the evening. They weren't busy--it was a Monday night--so there's no excuse. They need TRAINING.
I come here for lamb as always it's a great meal unfortunately my friends find the food either dry, over cooked, and bland. We were unfortunately seated in the end corner and we've asked the waitress Hannah to possibly turn a/c down since the spotlights and seem there's no circulation. Party of 6 celebrating friends' 22nd anniversary.
What a great meal! We had the Lobster/shrimp/asparagus sushi appetizer (all cooked of course) and it was super good. Our entree was the Sea Bass which is always amazing. Daniel made us excellent drinks and Javier our waiter was there with everything we needed before we needed it! Just a special place overall. The food is expensive but if you want a great meal, with great service, great appetizers, and equally good drinks and sushi, this is the place!
Poor overall experience.

They have the best food, a real treat! Luckily we got in because it's not season so it wasn't as crowded but typically it's very difficult to get a seating because they're so fabulous !
I really enjoy the food at the Bistro. The service was great also. I think the server we had this time was Abel.
Favorite place in the valley for steak.

The Bistro never disappoints! We love this steakhouse. The menu offers something for everyone. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.
The chicken cordon bleu was extremely dry. It was like a chicken cordon bleu you got from the grocery store frozen section and left it in the microwave too long. So, I sent it back and got the duck. The duck was dry but not as dry as the chicken. I was very disappointed. The two appetizers we had were excellent.

I enjoyed celebrating my birthday at the Bistro! Fantastic food...Fabulous service! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Awesome food... stellar service, equals a fine dining experience. Consistency is key. The Bistro is consistently wonderful and our favorite place to go.
Thank you so much for Maria who always takes good care of us. It may have been years since our last visit but the food and ambience is still the best. Thank you!!!
The chef cooked my steak, just the way I like it! We did a date night with some friends. My cocktail was delicious!
The service is exceptional. The ambience is dated and needs to be remodeled, more like the 1990's. The food is exceptional. The Kobe Burger and fries and were done and very tasty. My friend had the Duck Confit which was plentiful and seasoned perfectly. The table bread was la French loaf and very fresh. ONLY ONE ISSUE. IN THE YEAR 2025, GENTLEMEN CANNOT WEAR A HAT IN THE RESTAURANT. MY FRIEND HAD ON A 'NEWSBOY CAP" AND HE WAS ASKED TO REMOVE IT. IN ALL WAYS, THEY ALLOWED CASUAL DRESS. THIS IMMEDIATELY CHANGED HOW WE FELT ABOUT THE RESTAURANT. COM'ON THE BISTRO, GET TO THE 21ST CENTURY.
