Good was excellent. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was wonderful. Prices were reasonable.

No reservation so we sat at the sushi bar. The sushi chef took our order, told us that what we wanted to order would be too expensive. We wanted nigiri and sushimi. Every opportunity to check in came with little jabs and judgement. The Bistro seriously needs to rethink that chef.

We've had Miguel as our server many times he's so attentive and meets every knee that we need while dining there is recommendations are always spot on. He makes her experience even that much more enjoyable. Chuck Zones

Went for out anniversary which the nice hostess acknowledged- waitress was less than enthusiastic, didnt mention a thing and be hard pressed if she gave good service if working ar a Dennys. With how good the food normally is, the service took away from it. We will not spend another anniversary dinner here.

The dining experience begins and ends with the parking valets, and they nearly spoiled the evening. They weren't busy--it was a Monday night--so there's no excuse. They need TRAINING.

I come here for lamb as always it's a great meal unfortunately my friends find the food either dry, over cooked, and bland. We were unfortunately seated in the end corner and we've asked the waitress Hannah to possibly turn a/c down since the spotlights and seem there's no circulation. Party of 6 celebrating friends' 22nd anniversary.

What a great meal! We had the Lobster/shrimp/asparagus sushi appetizer (all cooked of course) and it was super good. Our entree was the Sea Bass which is always amazing. Daniel made us excellent drinks and Javier our waiter was there with everything we needed before we needed it! Just a special place overall. The food is expensive but if you want a great meal, with great service, great appetizers, and equally good drinks and sushi, this is the place!

On a recent trip to California to visit family, my Aunt & I decided to explore Fantasy Springs Resort Hotel on a Sunday.

We were in the mood for a lite bite to eat. We saw The Bistro advertised in the Hotel & decided to try it. We were greeted by a smiling hostess and were seated promptly.

Given it was a Sunday evening, the place was relatively quiet. The dining area is elegant. Soft lighting and white tablecloth. There is a view of the kitchen.

Our server was attentive but apparently her shift ended before we finished eating because Javier, took care of our table.

My Aunt & I shared the Cheese & Charcuterie
Appetizer along with a California Sushi Roll. I also enjoyed two glasses of Merlot.

I was disappointed that Apple Pay is not accepted, however; our choice to eat at The Bistro proved to be the right one. It was a relaxing evening and the food was very tasty.

We definitely will dine here again the next time I visit.

We were on a Monday night. The casinos are at least happening here if not in Vegas! Free parking! This is a very reasonably price to steakhouse. Plus they have an outside dining when you want to see the free concerts on the weekend. It was my birthday and they surprised us! And if you park in the garage, it’s not too far into the casino from the garage.

The freshly baked bread they serve at the start is absolutely addictive — I could eat it nonstop! When we come as a family, we usually order sushi or sashimi, and the quality is outstanding. The fish on top of the rice is thick yet melts in your mouth. The food does take a bit of time to come out, but it’s totally worth the wait because everything tastes amazing. They open after 5 PM, so I definitely recommend making a reservation before you go!

They have the best food, a real treat! Luckily we got in because it's not season so it wasn't as crowded but typically it's very difficult to get a seating because they're so fabulous !

I really enjoy the food at the Bistro. The service was great also. I think the server we had this time was Abel.
