Just ate there with my wife. The food was fantastic and the staff was so friendly. The owners son out cleaning the tables. He told us burger box has been around since 1954. We were enjoying our delicious burgers at a piece of history. We wish the new owners the best.

After Hearing All This Public Hype Of The Food And Restaurant, I Had To Go For Myself To Experience It, To Be Honest The Food Taste Decent But For The Price I Was Expecting Bigger Servings It Was Like A Kids Meal Servings And My Meal Was A Double Patty Burger Over Price I Recommended Bigger Portions For Those Prices.

Classic Indio eatery since the olden days of elderly people here in the Coachella Valley. Not expensive at all, I spent $23 on 2 burger combos, 1 with a milkshake. The original Owner closed it down a year or 2 ago but was reopened by a local Entrepreneur, preserving the location, the menu and the nostalgia.

This is a locals favorite i always get the Double Cheese burger with the delicious, crunchy fries and my wife gets the Cheeseburger she loves the secret salsita (red sauce) to go with fries better yet pour them on top 😋 if you are near by or not its a must stop.

Burger Box is one of the last remaining drive throughs from the Route 66 era, still popular with locals.

Placed order for delivery and they didn’t give us half the food we ordered I called 30 times before I got an answer and they said they were out of food but didn’t even offer replacements or tell us until we called to complain then was rude on the phone when I finally did get an answer horrible experience
