I’ve gone to this location numerous times. The employees are 75% of time rude. It’s not everyone… but it happens enough to the point where it’s obvious they despise anyone that walks in, like we’re a burden for wanting food. They lack basic integrity. They absolutely do talk about customers right as they walk away from the counter - I’ve seen it happen before. They’re always acting like the food is coming straight out of their own paycheck… They barely give you anything & act like you spit in their face if you ask for a little more. Attitude. They act like we aren’t the ones paying for the food… it’s all so confusing.
I’m leaving a review cause today specifically was crazy work.. so for context - I am hard of hearing and the man was practically whispering, I said “huh” TWICE and he said “nevermind”. I said “I couldn’t hear you” and he literally rolled his eyes. Sadly, I’ll never know what in the world he said lol. This man is always rude anytime he’s there though & he does seem like he hates the world. 🙃

If you’re in the mood for fast, flavorful fuel that doesn’t skimp on quality, Chipotle in Indio delivers like a dependable favorite you always come back to. It’s casual, it’s quick, but the chicken burrito? That’s where this spot truly shines. Although it's not authentic for the Coachella Valley it is fast.
From the first bite, the chicken burrito feels like a masterclass in balance. The grilled chicken is seasoned just right — juicy and tender with those gentle char notes that play beautifully against the other ingredients. Wrapped snugly in a warm, pillowy tortilla, it’s a handheld symphony of savory goodness.
The rice and beans provide a comforting foundation, while the fresh salsa and toppings bring a bright pop that keeps each bite lively. The customizable nature means you can build it your way — classic and simple or packed with extras. Either way, the chicken remains the star: flavorful without being overpowering, hearty without heaviness.
What sets this Indio location apart is consistency. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or settling in for dinner, the crew builds each burrito with care, and you can taste the freshness in every mouthful.
In a world full of fast-food choices, this Chipotle chicken burrito stands out: perfectly composed, reliably tasty, and satisfying from start to finish. 🌯🔥

Too cold!
I’ve been to many Chipotle restaurants and was very disappointed with how little meat they put in their burritos. My husband and I ordered for lunch a barbacoa burrito and a carne asada burrito and there was hardly any meat in them. I understand the cost of inflation but this is ridiculous. Not coning back here.

Worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. If you're going here because there's a drive through please reconsider. They just made me the nastiest burrito I've ever had in my life. It was damn near ice cold too. The ppl at the drive through think they can do whatever to your food because you're not standing there watching them! Go to another Chipotle until they fire everyone who works here and get new management.

Worst food and service in the Coachella valley the manger Kenny was awful my chicken tacos were burnt but that's not the worst the manger was outside with friends smoking and then came back in the restaurant started taking money and making food without washing his hands simply so gross I asked him about not washing his hands and he became belligerent and rude he needs to be retrained/ fired what a health issue....

Went in before noon today and the girl gave less than a scoop of meat like it’s coming out of her paycheck. I never say anything, and didn’t in the moment? But really should’ve.
