This has been the most reliable place to go whenever I needed a good sandwich. Whether it be a quick bite to eat on your lunch break or a hearty meal after a hard days work; this place has you covered.
Needed a good BBQ fix while in Indio and found a great spot. Not only was the BBQ tri tip off the hook good but the staff was great! Noemi was excellent at walking me through the choices, go see her, this is a great stop.
CV BBQ is an absolute gem that will leave you craving more. I had Tri-Tip plate, which was an absolutely amazing. The meat was so juicy and flavorful that it melted in my mouth. My wife had the BBQ chicken, and I couldn’t help but steal a few bites from it. To complement the main dishes, we the mac and cheese and BBQ beans, which were equally impressive. The garlic bread is out of this world too.
