Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone even asked what I was there for. Manager was just standing behind the employee entrance talking away. Employees just talking away not servicing people inside the waiting area. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes after being asked what I was there for to get the food I needed. Extremely horrible experience with employees.

Worst Del Taco, went Last night to get my food and they charged my 28$ when it was supposed to be 13$. The guy said come tmr in the morning and I did and they said we can’t give you a refund!! Like… Don’t come here !!

This Del Taco restaurant was disgusting. The worker didn’t know what she was doing. She charged me for an extra drink I didn’t want, and this strawberry lemonade had a dead fly in it. I felt so disgusted, and I didn’t want to eat my food. I am definitely not going back there.

The Laguna Chef

Went through the drive thru. Completely messed up our order. Missing items, swapped items, and slow service. Had to ask for a receipt and got an attitude from the enployee. Disappointing considering this used to be my go-to spot for late night food. Will be a while before I try again. Shame.

It's ridiculous that they won't accept a $50.00 dollar bill to pay for a $34+ order. I had to leave the drive thru go to 7eleven make a purchase to get change, then go back to pick up my cold food. I reached out to Del Taco on their x page, and all they asked was what happened. When I replied explaining what happened. They never responded back. Won't do that again.

The food and the service was great. The trash cans were full and most of the tables were unclean. It looked like they had plenty of staff. Maybe a management issue? Either way, I did enjoy my meal.

Just horrible and I keep giving this indio location chance after chance because it’s so close to home and the convinience of being opened 24 hrs, but man it’s just so frustrating that they can never get my order right to save their lives, my fave burrito with “NO PICO DE GALLO” and to no ones surprise when i get home and open the burrito with pico….. I’m done…. Fast food is not that cheap anymore either, again it’s super frustrating
